something along the lines of tesla has been committing fraud (think FTP not keep player funds in separate accounts), but their stock has shot up to the point where they can now offload like $25 billion worth of shares to get out of the fraud (like if the feds never shut down FTP and they made enough money to where they can start segregating player balances and square up their books)
