Trump was far better on foreign policy than people acknowledge. Everything he did worked out, and he perfectly straddled the line between the perception of reasonable and crazy. The last thing you want as a world leader is to appear predictable.
Had Trump not screwed up his final year in office, his legacy would appear far different.
