And your theory is that it’s their best option because of systemic racism? Nothing they could have done in their life to create better opportunities for themselves? In itself that thought is racist. The idea that blacks aren’t capable of making themselves successful. It's hard to live a better life without exposure to a better life, role models to make it apparent that they can do that too. That's not only true of race. It's true for poor whites.
