This also why tucker can’t enter politics. Way too many skeletons in his closet.

Intelligent people on Wall Street realize this is a bad business decision. And they feel ratings and income are going to drop at Fox.
And oh yea, the cock muncher on CNN got shit canned today. Of course he had no viewers left to protest so this will help CNN actually.
Going to be interesting to see how Tucker sounds moving forward.
I don’t have a link but Tucker’s most recent speech was revealing imo. Sounded nothing like Trump talking points but spoke to the reality of the situation this nation currently finds itself in.
Many think he’s going to be Trump’s VP candidate.
Busy week for cable news:
Don Lemon fired from CNN:

Do you think it had to do with his Heritage speech this weekend? Listening between other chores. It’s actually a fun listen so far.
He’s looking back over his career which was a foreshadowing? I love when folks look back over their arc. You are most often the one who knows least why your life trajectory occurred as it did.
I don’t have a clean continuous link.
Work on it later.
To be fair, five days ago Tucker basically called Fox News a whore for shilling the vaccine on behalf of their pharmaceutical overlords.
Could’ve been related.
(((possibly)))
Hope you guys are ready for the Ben Shapiro Show on prime time Fox News.
Oy vey!
From the Heritage speech.
Tucker: “I’m not advocating for the Republican Party, Yuchhhhh”.
I am not a daily Tucker butt munch. Far from it. This speech is really really good. Very funny in spots.
How much of public Tucker was influenced by Fox management we will soon find out.
Another piece of trivia. Tucker’s father was an orphan in Boston’s “Home for Little Wanderers”. Tucker is affected by that fact and is close to his gonzo dad. It’s a an American story that makes you proud actually. Makes the decline more hurtful.
There are rumors going around that others will get canned from Fox, including Hannity, but I'll believe it when I see it.
Clearly this firing was something which took Tucker by surprise, as he signed off Friday promising to "see you on Monday".
It is common in the TV and radio industries to fire broadcasters on Friday, as it's less abrupt for the viewer/listener, with two days in between where they don't have to replace the fired personality. It also gives them two days to prepare for the next host, without having to keep things secret from the fired broadcaster anymore.
I remember Joe "The Big Nasty" McDonnell (RIP) talking about his firing from XTRA Sports 1150 . They actually let him to a planned remote broadcast at a business (because the station wanted the revenue from it), then the general manager actually showed up at the remote near the end, and right when Joe left the air, he was told he was fired. Brutal. This also occurred on a Friday.
Newsmax would sure like to hire Tucker. Or OAN. But they got problems with the woke cable companies that keep them down.
Sad that Tucker is gone. This is bound to rattle the other prime time anchors. I'll be reevaluating how much time to spend watching Fox News.
Meanwhile, I did have a good laugh over the rump roaster getting canned at CNN. That one is bound to have put a damper on Fart Hanson's celebration.
In all seriousness, I expect some serious allegations to come out towards Carlson over the next days-weeks. Foxnews are not morons and if they are getting rid of Tucker its because he fucked up really badly just like O'Reilly. Lets face it Tucker has always come across like a pompous asshole and there will be zero shock if it turns out he was harassing multiple staffers.
If this happens, I'm guessing it will likely be exaggerated.
Normally when someone gets fired for sexual harassment or asshole behavior to staffers, the allegations are true. However, when it coincides with a bigger controversy, usually the harassment stuff is just an excuse. Think Andrew Cuomo and his downfall. That was really about him becoming both a liability with the COVID nursing home disaster and someone who had mistreated fellow Democrats, and not because of some crude comments he made to women.
Tucker will be a fall guy for this Dominion thing. Perhaps the official reason will be that he was fired for reporting Dominion cheating when privately he didn't believe what he was saying. They will say they fired him because they do not want political commentators who lie about their true beliefs, regardless of what they may be. "At Fox News, we believe in honesty and integrity, and want our viewers to rest assured that all of our commentators are being open and honest with their true views the entire time. Mr. Carlson failed in that regard, and therefore we have terminated his employment..."
But yes, it's possible they will just manufacture some scandal to excuse the firing, when in reality they just don't want to deal with the fallout of his private commentary about both Dominion and Trump.
BTW, despite my conservativsm, I have never been a Fox News guy, though I did enjoy Tucker's show sometimes. In general I do not like biased news from any side.
