Last week a guy I know was killed in a drunk driving accident. He also hit a guy head on and murdered him. Party all you want but keep your troubles off the road.
Ask one of the bar owners you know or someone else if they would be willing to deliver to you after hours for $20 extra on top of the booze and cigs. This is a hell of a lot cheaper than the $600 you laid out to the cops. I bet you already know a person who would be willing to keep an extra case or bottle at their place for when you call with money in hand.
