We did go but there are two opposing thoughts about that..1..we didn't go when we said we went because but we desperately needed to beat the Russians so the whole fassad is about beating the Russians..2..they were going there because they were aware of extra terrestrial life and moon structures(there are structures on the moon, of that there is no doubt).and they taped it here in advance just to be on the safe side..
