I played many, many games of RBI baseball back in the day.
The Mets were ridiculous in that game IIRC.
I just heard a funny story about Jamie Moyer. He pitches tonight in LA where he has 1 career win.
1
It came 23 years ago. The opposing pitcher Fernando Valenzuela
Derrick Lowe has been a real steal for the Indians so far. 5-1 with a 2.47 ERA making $15 million, but the Braves are paying $10 million of it.
Tonight is Jimenez vs. Bucholz in Indians-Red Sox game. The run line is 10, which is huge, but I just made a small play on the over. Jimenez had a good outing last game against the Rangers, but he's been inconsistent, and he's been getting away with missing over the plate and I expect it to catch up with him. Bucholz is pitching horribly with a 9+ ERA, and in his last 6 appearances, the run totals have been 15,17,13,8,18,25. I'm not recommending the pick, it's lol Baseball, but my gut sees a 9-7 type game. I would like it more if it was a bit warmer, but no rain is expected in the next 6-8 hours.
He may need to grow up a little, but he's still a warrior.

As per usual I am not winning every game I place a bet on and This Has Got To Stop
Now I know, in our midst we have a person very close to the Major Leagues of Baseball insiders Club(read conspiracy)
Would it be too much for said guru to spread the wealth and tell us who was about to down a six pack and a bucket of chicken wings before we place out bets?
I think this person knows who were talkin bout.
Kenny Powers said it best:
Undaunted, I knew the game was mine to win. Just like in life, all of my successes depend on me.
I'm the man who has the ball, I'm the man who can throw it faster than fuck. So that is why I am better than everyone in the world. Kiss my ass and suck my dick, everyone.
Alright motherfuckers, I will see you're over in the Atlanta/St.Louis game, which I have already been ass raped(in that series) and I will raise you
a screen shot of the best computer baseball action ever produced.....Yes, that's right, we're talkin Intellivision Major League Baseball......thank-you and

I LOL'd even in the early '80s at how ridiculous the "Beast" looked in the Intellivision Beauty and the Beast game.

LOL bad day.. Masterson had given up 4 career runs in over 30 innings to the Red Sox since he'd been traded from the Sox, and gives up 4 in the first, and Indiana goes the last 5 minutes without scoring, and Miami wins by 9, covering for the first time at <30 seconds.
Rough night for the umpire...Brett Lawrie (good Canadian kid) gets 4 games for this outburst......then a fan nails the ump with a beer...he deserved that for the bad call
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_r_NZ9m7F8&feature=related
Wow, you surprised he only got 4 games?
Wow my O's are amazing I have no fucking idea where this is coming from!!
Down 3-1 in the 9th come back and tie it up, then Adam Jones hits a 435ft BLAST in the 15th to win it over KC.
24-14 tied with TB for first place in the AL East.
The have won 5 straight extra inning games now. Unreal
You guys look legit, I hate saying it but you do.
You just signed a kid from my area named Eric Beaulac. Played with the Mets. Tall right handed pitcher, throws pretty hard, and has a lot of room to improve. Can and will only get better.
Also did you see this kid in your minors named Dylan Bundy? I think he was your first round pick last year if I am not mistaken?
He is killing it right now. Hasn't let up an earned run in 5 starts. I think he is in High A ball right now.
Hamels didnt not even miss one game at all, he wasnt scheduled to pitch in this five games. UMP should be suspended for two horrendous calls.
Bundy will be the #1 prospect in all of baseball in 2013, he is just filthy. He is wasting his time in high A right now and most of the fans are rather annoyed with the slow pace they are bringing him along. But these days they baby these fucking pitchers and there is no chance he will move through the system and get to the ML before next year.
He is only 19 years old and being talked about as one of the best pitching prospects in the last 25 years. Has 3 pitches already but they want him to work on them more. His brother Bobby is in the O's system too.

That was written 2 starts ago, still no one can hit him.Quote:
Bundy, 19, is building a résumé that ensures his time in Wicomico County will be fleeting. Through his first four appearances, South Atlantic League hitters were 0-for-39 against him. Asheville Tourists outfielder Delta Cleary Jr. broke the string with a single Monday night, but the overall numbers are still mind-boggling: Opposing lineups are batting .020 (1-for-50) against Bundy this season, with 25 strikeouts and two walks in 17 innings.
True, it's a small sample size. But Orioles fans can take heart in knowing they might soon have an "appointment baseball'' pitcher in their midst to rival Stephen Strasburg of the Washington Nationals.
Tributes keep pouring in as Bundy mows down Sally League lineups. Orioles broadcaster Jim Palmer, who began his Hall of Fame career at age 19, recently told the Baltimore Sun that Bundy might be ready to pitch in the majors by late summer. And former Montreal Expos reliever and current Asheville pitching coach Joey Eischen, who has seen Bundy twice this year, is wracking his brain to think of another pitcher who generated so much velocity from such an effortless delivery. He hasn't had much luck.
"The mechanics are a lot different, but it's like a [Dwight] Gooden,'' Eischen says. "It's like he's playing frickin' catch, and the ball is coming out of his hand at 100. He's a special kid. That's what you expect a No. 1 pick to look like.''
It's tempting to play the "comparison'' game, and at 6-foot, 195 pounds (an inch shorter than his official bio), Bundy has heard a few. Roy Oswalt comes to mind, but his frame is more wiry than Bundy's, and his delivery more herky-jerky. Minor sees a little Tim Hudson in Bundy when he stands on the mound and stares in for the sign, all business. And Asheville hitting coach Mike Devereaux mentions Tom "Flash'' Gordon, another short righty with a great curveball.
With his big thighs and quads and solid core, Bundy is actually more comparable in stature to lefty closer Billy Wagner, he of the triple-digit fastball and 422 career saves.
"As a hitter, you get in the box and there's kind of an aura and a vibe about him,'' says Asheville outfielder David Kandilas "You can sense it. He's coming right at you, and he doesn't care what you do. He's an incredible talent. I'm sure he'll go a long way.''
cross over day and not a word.....I'm only a fan because of the betting opportunities, the rest of you should be ashamed.
late game S.F vs Oakland S.F. -1.5 +210, parlay with a bit of over 6.5 in the Dodger game ???? why not?
Went to the Tigers game yesterday and had the new phone so I figure I would share a few pictures
and say hello to what we call down river trash
The Tigers should of never traded Casper Wells.
I was just watching Sportscenter and saw Johan Santana get rocked. Whatever happened to this dude? He used to be one of the best LHP in the league. Was it injuries, league switch, the big contract?
