A quick glance at Google indicates that "Albertsons Monopoly" is a very easy keyword phrase to rank for. Druff didn't have to do any SEO magic. All it took was a thread with the keyword phrase in the title.
I'm surprised the SERPs are wide open for this term. It may be an undiscovered niche. If that's the case, you could make some decent money building websites for various sweepstakes and contests of this sort.
