No matter how anyone tries to frame the current state of things, the vast majority of the people on the right side of the political spectrum were and are only having a sane reaction to the lunacy of the left. The more the rainbow colored wallpaper is ripped away from the false reality that apparently many, many liberals are living in, the crazier the shit is going to get. Had free speech always truly been allowed things would have never gotten this fucked up, and our country wouldn't be so ripe for exploitation across both sides.
I don't think there's anyway to truly heal from what's going on now without really just seeing this through and ensuring free speech is always truly maintained so that it never happens again.

As was discussed earlier my takes on politics and the people involved are usually pretty measured, but Anthony Fauci is a straight-up evil human and I would literally go to whatever lengths necessary to make sure I was in the front row at his hanging. At this point I don’t see how anyone on either side of the aisle (except maybe Bart) can argue that.

Shapiro might be safer, though, because he is a mainstream conservative, and rarely pushes extremely provocative positions. I think most of the left regards him as an annoying nerd, rather than someone they believe is a major threat.
The "Mossad killed Charlie Kirk" narrative is stupid, for many reasons.
Kirk was one of the few alt-right influencers who refused to jump on the anti-Israel train.
If Mossad wanted to send a message, they'd have killed Nick Fuentes or Candace Owens. Kirk wouldn't have been the target.
I do think it's possible, though not likely, that Kirk was killed a a right wing fanatic who was mad at him for not joining the anti-Israel mob.

That "Omar" guy on Twitter is an interesting angle. Shortly after the shooting, he changed his account's name (so the current person on that account is someone different, as it since got grabbed). Could have been a coincidence, but the guy warning that something big would happen during Kirk's visit definitely warrants a hard look at him. However, I have my doubts. After committing such an act, would he really quickly login to X and change his account name? Why not do that before the shooting? Why post it at all, if it's not a suicide mission (which apparently it wasn't)?
The shooting occurred when Kirk was discussing the phenomenon of trans being involved in mass shootings. He was debating with an audience member during Q&A. The person debating Charlie asked, "Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the past 10 years?", and Kirk responded, "Too many." The person then asked, "Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?" Kirk responded, "Counting or not counting gang violence?", and right at that point he was shot dead.
It seems to me that this timing wasn't coincidental -- that someone waiting for Kirk to discuss gun violence before shooting him right at that moment.

The riots from 2014 to present have been different. They've been more compared to "revolution" by Dems and the media, and excused as just passionate people trying to make change happen. I even read ridiculous views from otherwise intelligent people saying that it's okay to destroy small businesses during a riot because "they have insurance".
If you normalize destruction and violence when someone believes a cause to be "important", then this is what happens.
You simply cannot have a civilized society if there is no respect for rule of law, and where people are lauded for major crimes if the cause they're championing is seen as valid.
