Trolling is against the rules only if Druff is the one being trolled, but isn't if he himself is doing the trolling. Scamming seems to only be against the rules as long Druff is directly involved with the scamming. Can you imagine what he would be doing if he were in Vegas's position? But this is coming from someone who deleted actual quotes from my sig that made people butthurt because he considered it trolling. Or more likely, my story is close to correct. The last conversation I had with Tony, he told me on your behalf that you would most likely decline the offer. He then asked me if I was still willing to escrow. I told him that I was, but you had made it perfectly clear during the conversations that you felt it unneccessary as we would never agree to arbs anyway. The next communication I get from Tony is him withdrawing from it all. So I take from that that he offered my long standing escrow option in full to you and you reiterated your stance. To be fair, Rage Against The Machine are fucking shite.
It seems clear to me that jsearles is not interested in actually settling this $500 matter.
It also seems clear that he seems to enjoy the attention that comes from the whole matter, and is intentionally dragging this out for as long as possible.
If he said, "I disagree I owe you $500, and I'm never going to pay, end of discussion", I would think he was being really shitty, but at least wasn't trying to rub salt in the wounds.
I believe he is using this situation as a means of trolling, and everyone is sick of it, myself included.
I am going to ban his ability to post until he proposes a plan to solve this, via PM (to me), and sticks to it. That is, some sort of escrow will need to have occurred before he can post again here. The escrow doesn't have to be to me.
BTW, handicapme, I don't understand your threat to donate to skatz or VPR. Go ahead and donate to them. I am not in competition with either of those forums, especially VPR.
To be honest, I had very limited time on the internet over the past 1-2 weeks, which is why my posting here was pretty much been reduced to infrequent, short messages during that time. It's also why I couldn't do radio on Tuesday. I would read some threads here and there, but didn't even get to read this one until today.
