Want to give everyone an update on how things have gone and plans moving forward. I used to write a blog weekly but have kind of converted that to the stake rails.
Review of Stake so Far and Plans Going Forward
Profit 17 days in and we are +$4,663. I am content with that but I want more!!!
Volume I am pleased with the volume so far but have been playing a little less than I would like but that will change after next Wednesday. Someone mentioned to me today that it seems I am putting in less volume as prior stake because Merge volume has been about 1/2 as what it was before.
The Merge volume has been cut back a bit but you have to remember we are running 2 sites nowso some of the volume has shifted to revolution and I may add a 3rd to the MIX with ACR in a couple weeks. The Revolution rb and bonus is manually added in throughout the day. The revolution bonus of $500 is 1/3 cleared and we have 70 days to clear the rest which should be no problem. This is also continuously added into the bankroll updates every day.
Volume going forward
Merge volume for 6 max and ring should pick up. They eliminated 15-30 + HU but we weren't getting a ton of hands in those games anyways. Also there have been between 5 and 10 6max tables running every night mostly 10-20 and some 20-40. So volume should pick up and I will probably start sitting 30-60 HU on Revolution and may eventually start seeding 30-60 on Merge but not just yet.I may play some 30-60 if I feel it is a very good spot for us.
Next 2 weeks
Most peoples busiest months are the holidays/Christmas. For me the last 2 weeks of August and the first week of September are the busiest months of the year because of the start of the NFL and College Football seasons.
For instance, tomorrow I have a college draft live that may run from 2 PM till Midnight. Then I have 2 more drafts. One next Monday live in the afternoon and one on Tuesday Night and I am commish of that league. So I have to get in touch with a lot of people and get things organised. I am also starting a radio show sometime over the next 10 days and I have to work on that as well but none of this will deter my grind. If I miss a session here or there I will always try and put in extra grind to make up for it.
So plan for today is to grind the late shift again. I will try and get in more play tomorrow after my draft and then this coming week I will be putting in a ton of volume as well.

Started off the night losing to a 1 outer and a 2 outer on back to back hands, surge ahead 800 or so then get stuck 2k in a 20-40 vs fish, win back 1k and flop straight vs his set and he quit because he doesnt trust online but the 10 or so beats he gave me before that were ok. he is playing PLO now like a boss obvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
Lost few hundy or so tonight. Cannot update figure till tomorrow night or sunday because the figure I have offline is written down at home and on notepad on home PC and I will be away for at least 24 hrs. Know the figure off hand but dont want to guess and be wrong.
Will update + and - if I play sessions till I get back home. So tonight prob lost between 200-500

so sick the way I lost some of these hands, not going to sit here and complain like I usually do but I can tell you I have run so so so so bad vs him and he has run really really really good.
400 hands or so tonight and 150 last night and dropped somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 bets, thats over -20 BB 100 and I expect to be winning 5+ in this spot. I must have seen him show me 10 10 10 ten times in 300 hands and set ratio is about 10-1.
Can't run this bad forever, Hopefully I see him again and I am sure I will.

Had a good start to the night and a bad ending. Roll @ $25,701 and played another very very swingy 30-60 match. It looks like it could be that way too for some nights on this stake if I keep getting action from this guy and others but in the end I would expect more good nights than bad nights but here and there we are going to take our lumps.
Beat some guy for 100 or 200 @ 5-10 on merge then 30-60 pops up on Revolution. Was a new screen name and I am pretty sure it is the guy I beat last night because he played the exact same way. Stacked him for 1k and he left and came back. He bought in for about another $800-$1000 cant remember exactly but after going back and forth I had him all in with k5 vs 44 and it came a99xx. Couldnt hit the card to break him. Needed the k, 5 or ace whiff
He only had a few hundred after that and a skype buddy of mine said "nice score" and I responded with "not yet, this guy is capable of going on runs because he never folds and pots can get large". He then won just about every hand after that and ran it up to 4500 or so and quit.
This has been something I have dealt with off and on for the past 4 years. When I first started playing heads up I would get so mad when I had a guy stomped to the curb and then he finds new life and crushes me so I would sit out until they reload. That can be better for your mind and you get to book a solid win. But a buddy of mine then told me this was negative for 2 reasons. The first is you are throwing money out the window if you feel you can crush this guy. The second reason is if you force him to reload he may say fuck you and never give you action again. So for the most part I will play someone until they are broke.
Usually this guy comes back off and on but tonight Revolution updated it's software and I was only able to log back in just this second. I am going to try and get some action in for the next hr or 2 and unless there are any major swings, I will update again tonight at some point either before or after my radio show which debuts tonight.

Only earned about $113 in rakeback on merge for the week but I am fine with that if I can get 15-30 , 20-40 and 30-60 HU action on the reg. When that slows up I will be grinding more volume in the 6 max games. Pretty good week so far for a period of time I thought overall volume would be slacking because of the podcast launch etc.... Going to sleep the day away and then will be grinding the overnight again

Got in about 1k hands tonight but lost a bit. Last minute tonight I decided I am heading deep into the N.H. mountains tomorrow for some hiking and I will be staying for 2 nights. I am bringing my laptop and if I can get some decent service I will play. If not then at the very latest I will be back on the grind Monday evening.
