I prefer my bacon quite limp as well, the flavour comes from the fat and when it's crispy it loses flavour, I think eating bacon crisp is much more comparable to eating a well done steak than eating it limp is. I know there are mutiple ways to enjoy bacon, there is no right answer but chef Michael Symon agrees with us and he's the king of pork so if anyone is right, its the limp bacon eaters. As for steaks, for leaner cuts I like them quite rare and for fatty steaks such as a rib or porterhouse I like them cooked a touch less than medium rare.
As for the Micon bashing, Im sure he can handle it, comparing him to an ex wife is a bit of a stretch, hes a bit boy and Im sure deals with the insults fine. He's condescending and arrogant, he can handle the criticism, in fact I doubt he really even notices it, especially when its on this site.
