A few points:
At around 19 seconds in, we see the alleged shooter point the gun at Alison; he holds the gun right in front of the three victims (vicsims) for a good five seconds - yet not one of them notices, which is bizarre, and makes me wonder if this is even possible.
He retracts his gun, and stands idly for another 15 seconds, before aiming again. This time he shoots Alison at point blank range (three times), but she just runs off.
I think it's safe to say, that we have another painfully obvious 'made for tv' hoax on our hands.
