I don't think the biggest debts should be paid first because these payments could stop at any time. Everyone on the list is a victim and at any point the payments could stop.

So I don't really feel it would be right for anyone to get paid before anyone else based on how much they are owed but I think it is probably smart for druff to collect and disperse when he has a decent chunk worth sending to save him time etc..
