Druff are you aware that even possession of over a certain amount of drugs, even when there is not one shred of evidence of any "violence", is considered a "violent crime", and felony and subject to the 3 strikes law?

And ANY distribution charge, no matter if you have 5 dime bags on you or 5,000, whether you have acted violently in the commission of such crimes, is automatically considered a "violent crime" felony.

I voted to repeal the death penalty. Not because I dont believe in it. I would be all for running death row like a bus stop. My only problem with it is we dont kill people in this state. Why bother having it if we arnt going to use it and just let these fags sit there on death row appealing their case until they die of old age?
