Lol what?
Guy was a supreme asshole to everyone in the industry who came after him. Silver spoon gatekeeping faggot.
Not many in the wrestling business are sobbing for him.
I think he's more of a dick from professional life than anything personal. Dont care who him or his daughter are fucking.
Exactly. People cry because we judge someone by their character, morals or ethics. I watched the dude too, I was a Hulk fan, but then you learn about who he truly was. Rest in piss. One less MAGAT
Looks like Dick Head is trying to fill the BCR void and try to get Sonatine to ask him for cock pics.
By the way, your character appears to be pure shit.
And how did Trump hurt you again today? Certainly not in your investments. Doubt he fucked your wife since I believe it was her “gym day” and she’s usually satisfied after that visit.
So again, how did he hurt you loser?
Hogan’s bar and store in Clearwater became a gathering spot for fans and friends to get together yesterday to cry, laugh over stories and celebrate his life. A friend told me it was packed and not a dry eye in the house.
All the local news stations were there this morning for their broadcasts.
Personally I like the bar but didn’t go much as a local since it’s in the middle of a tourist area and way overpriced. But always appreciated it for what it was and old matches of Hulk’s were always on the TV’s.
My understanding was he had a very small ownership piece with an investor group and they had a licensing agreement with him. I do wonder about its future with him gone, depending on how his estate was setup. Nick was doing the karaoke on Mondays with Jimmy Hart recently. Hulk always made an appearance on Mondays before the health issues occurred if he was in town.
His home was in a gated area maybe half a mile up beach from the bar.

long time ago when car radios were a thing as was the ride to work and morning programs, i got to listening to bubba the love sponge. he was different. hulk was on. i cut off when they talked wresting as idgaf. but they did a lot of funny pranks and phone calls, etc. they also knew a lot of interesting shit on people. was a different time i suppose.
Lets also not forget when Hogan (financially backed by Peter Thiel) sued Gawker out of existence for posting the Hogan/Bubba wife sextape. In reality Hogan was just the willing pawn of Thiel, who was mad at Gawker for outing him.
Hogan really was a gigantic POS.
Fair enough, but who isn't? Hogan isn't even the worst ethical person in the Wrestling industry (look up Sunny[Tammy Sytch], Jimmy Snuka, Buck Zumhoff, Rob Feinstein, and soooo Many Worse Shitheads!)
Ever hear all the tales of Michael Jordan trash talking his OWN TEAMMATES, using his stroke to get calls from Refs, the Compulsive Gambling and all the spousal cheating he did? But he is STILL revered as the GOAT and the world would weep if HE passed and forgive all these transgressions.
Point is, NOBODY is perfect and with Superstars like them I use this old adage. "The brighter the picture, the darker the negative!"
RIP HULK, the reason ALL OF US loved Pro Wrestling!
The Gawker thing really was an example of, "Be careful about fucking with billionaires, because they have so much money, they'll find a way to ruin your life."
They were very proud of themselves for outing Peter Thiel, who at the time (2007) wasn't ready for his sexuality to be known, as gayness wasn't accepted nearly as well then as it is today.
Thiel dropped all kinds of threats on them about how they're going to regret it if they went forward with the article, and they basically told him to eat shit. At the time, Gawker figured they were bulletproof here. Thiel definitely was gay, so publishing an article stating that couldn't be considered any kind of defamation. Indeed, on that front, Thiel knew that even with all his cash, he couldn't touch Gawker legally for outing his true sexuality.
Then when the Hogan sex tape thing happened, Thiel had his opening. Nobody understood at the time how Hogan, who was known to not have all that much money anymore, was able to hire a super expensive legal team to aggressively pursue Gawker like that. It eventually came out that Thiel was behind it, and his funding of the suit was completely legal, even though he had nothing to do with it.
It just isn't worth antagonizing someone with unlimited resources, unless you literally have nothing to lose.
Anyway, for those who weren't teens or tweens in the '80s, it's hard to understand the impact that the Hulkster had at the time.
Pro wrestling was absolutely huge. Everyone at my middle school was obsessed with it, and all of the characters involved. It eventually got so big that they brought in non-wrestling celebrities, such as Mr. T and Cyndi Lauper (lol). This was known at the time as the "Rock-Wrestling Connection".
I knew it was fake, but I didn't care. I enjoyed it, and regretted not actually attending a match in those days. Of course, as a 12-year-old in 1984, it wasn't easy to just buy a ticket and get down there.
Hogan was at the center of the whole thing. He was the main "good guy" in that motley crew of characters. He was listed as 6'7", but I always doubted that height. He was eventually said to be 6'4" in his later years, but even that is in question. I believe he shrunk (as many old people do), but I don't think he started as 6'7". He was still a really big guy at his peak, though obviously roid-aided, as they all were.
It's good, life's crazy huh.
Time just keeps flying by, faster and faster.
Fuck can we stop this for a sec? nope.

What's strange is how the last year of Hulk's life was spent peddling some new beer.
He was peddling it so much that he had to be a co-owner or they saved his ass financially.'
Ok it looks like it was his beer.
He was always peddling these pro-drinking stories sort of like most country music.
He was drinking it while recovering from surgery etc. Some people are speculating it may have caused his death.
I still like him but his support for Trump is a bitter pill.
Random factoid.
Speaking of peddling beverages, dyk the founder of Rochstar energy drink was the son of Michael Savage, the radio host?
It was a shitty drink loaded w sugar but made him a billionaire, i think he sold it to one of the major beverage distributors.,
