Antifa itself does not deny that they will commit acts of destruction and violence in order to silence what they believe is "hateful" rhetoric.
The problem is that the left actually likes what Antifa is doing. They just can't say it out loud. The only way to preserve Antifa's reign of terror is to downplay what they're doing, while knowing that Antifa's enemies are very aware of how dangerous/threatening they actually are.
This is straight out of the leftist playbook:
- Deny what is being alleged, claim it's right wing misinformation
- When given evidence it's happening, state that it's an outlier or highly unusual, but stop short of outright condemning it.
- Resist attempts to take action against it, despite the fact that it is "almost never happening".
- When confronted with irrefutable evidence that this is happening on a wide scale, defend why it's always been okay.
They did it with men in womens sports, they did it with CRT/DEI, they did it with teaching gender nonsense to little kids, they did it with kids being transitioned, they did it with the BLM riots being violent, they did it with late term abortion, they did it with the open Biden borders, and now they're doing it with Antifa.
Anything crazy which the right points out the left is doing/allowing, it's always gaslighting in response.

I live in Keizer, which is about 45 minutes south of Portland. Sloppy Joe and gut are correct. It is nowhere near as bad as 2020/2021 was, when parts of the city were pretty much burned to the ground, and the few ragtag groups that remain are a shadow of their former self, and they are mostly pussies, cowardly sticking to their group and not thinking independently at all.

I would literally not notice if they rounded up all antifa people.
Lets also not forget that a large percentage of the actors on this stage are not from here. Obviously the federal troops are not. A large amount of antifa are not. Almost every counter-protester is not.
Last night some conservative "journalist" from DC was arrested fighting with antifa.
