The facts are the facts. I can say them until I am blue in the face. If the truth hurts people feelings or gets them upset, then so be it. Im not going to stand idly by and allow my integrity to be impeached while Vegas is allowed to skate off scot free. Ive been trying to settle this thing since May 31st and Vegas pops here in when there is no way he can nap it out any longer and make it appear he is the good guy. Guess what, its all a fucking charade.

Tony is gonna come in here and have to tell what happened with the negotiations, if Searles is lying (again) and Druff doesnt ban him I think I'll have to pull a steve-o and consider a new poker forum. I don't think it will come to that though, pretty sure Druff will put an end to this entire thing and ban Searles for good. BTW - just like he was tilting on Vegas in chat he did the same to me, ridiculous behavior.

of course it matters, if your story is true that you were willing to escrow but vegas said its pointless than I think you get a pass on the last weeks bs. If you're full of shit you should be gone, end of story.

1) I proposed a settlement when this first happened, and tried to get something done privately (I spoke with Vegas and Searles privately)

2) Searles is partially correct saying Vegas declined an escrow, but this was because he felt he won the bet, as did 99% of the community, so why should he escrow and risk some wacky arbitrator ruling against him

3) The way Searles rehashes this at every possible opportunity should have resulted in a ban months ago. It's almost comical, he's like the guy who steals your radio and then asks you what kind of music you like

4) If Searles does not send someone who has been named already (Tony, Druff, Jasep) $500 as an escrow in the next 24 hours he should be banned if he ever mentions this topic again

It really is funny that the two guys who ruin this place consistently both scammed Vegas for money here and no steps have ever been taken against them. Jsearles22 disputes the scam and tries to settle with Vegas. Vegas continually refuses. Jsearles is labeled a scammer by Druff. Its all LOL really.

And maybe Vegas should stop making LOL bets without escrowing and making sure the terms are clear. You know what they say, if you cant pick out the mark at the table, its you!

in my mind i assumed searles would be laying odds essentially, even if you don't agree with vegas you can still see searles squirming with all sorts of special things he wants to be taken care of after the bet is squared.

I had a funny conversation with Searles last week. He IMed me shortly after Vegas agreed to escrow (which was odd because I've never talked to the guy before) and he said "Oh shit, Vegas is up for it. What do I do now?"

I said find any excuse you can not to cooperate, stall for time, play the victim, accuse Vegas of being unreasonable, make ridiculous demands, reply to every post in the relevant threads and keep them bumped, and also bring it up in unrelated threads as often as possible. He replied "Sounds like a plan".

I thought the whole convo was a joke. Maybe he was being serious. Haha.

Vegas said he would escrow the full $500. You dodged, ignored and posted 'UMAD' gifs and privately angled for a deal.

Not sure why Druff hasn't banned you; the fact that you're still running around flaunting this angle shot is a huge blight on the legitimacy of this site.

I'm sorry, but this is 100% incorrect. I sent the information to Searles to escrow and heard crickets. I came up with the settlement idea, but Vegas and Searles came up with the numbers.

I withdrew from both mediation and offering to escrow because frankly this dispute is none of my business and I decided to keep it that way.

However, to paint my decision as being based in any way off of Vegas's actions is 100% incorrect. The comment about Vegas "agreeing in public and then behind closed doors making sure it won't happen" is simply untrue.
