obv this isnt a scam, if I truly made all this up to scam a few bucks out of this cesspool of a community I probably deserve the money. I honestly didnt really expect anyone to donate, but the fundraiser was losing some steam so I figured wth. Christ, some of you degenerates will throw money at shitheads like Jasep (although props for paying back), forgive me for thinking there was a less than zero chance at least one of you would be willing to kick a few bucks towards her legal fees. Shes raised quite a bit already and is making some good progress, its an incredibly fucked up situation that unfortunately is under Jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, even though kid was born in US. The state department is involved, Pakistan has recently signed something called the hague convention? so there is some back and forth good faith amongst the two countries now legally, so the US gov. is trying to put some pressure on the Pakistani court do to the right thing. Time shall tell if they will.

I wasn't really saying it was a scam. People react differently to all sorts of things and it's super normal that she wouldn't mention something like this in the first few months in a new job. Just go about it like everything is normal on the outside.

You likely should pay someone to track him. There's legit some chance that he is back in the US. Linkedin claims he works for afiniti now. But it could be wrong or he just works at some other branch. They have offices around the world.

points well taken, although I dont currently believe his (the ex) visa allows for him to travel to US anymore....its not quite so easy now a days. He did have a visa from marrying her, but once he leaves I believe it expires after x amount of time. He is there in court with her in Pakistan, and she currently has supervised visits with his lawyer and him present. She is fighting for full custody (or even shared custody) so she can bring him back to US, where her life/family is. He works for some international company, and could easily move back to US with her cooperation, but is refusing to do so.

my first inclinantion was to pay someone here to fuck with his employer, but again I didnt want it to come back to her in court. I got tons of dirt (albeit mostly heresy) on this prick.

Dude good luck to your GF man but Paki courts are far from fair to women (maybe more so then say Afghanistan or Iran and Iraq) so she's gonna face a major uphill battle to win this case.. That's the problem these goatfucker fathers pull this shit knowing full well if they get the kid into their home country the baby momma wont have much chance to win with the massively misogynist nature of the courts who consider women second class citizens.. Shed be better off raising funds to hire some hired gun private contractors with special forces experience to run a snatch and grab on the kid to get him back to the USA..

yeah pretty sure afinity is current employer, was contemplating threatening him a bit that I would contact his employer about all of this to see if it would pressure him to settle without a trial, but its prob too risky and looks bad if he calls my bluff.

I don't know the whole story but the mother should call the state department for help. They have an office dedicated to international parental child abduction and custody battles. It may be that the US, not Pakistan, has jurisdiction. Unfortunately I think Pakistan is not very cooperative but that doesn't mean there's no hope. She also needs a lawyer who specializes in this. This situation is far from uncommon.. The father loses custody and the mother has a valid order so the father basically snatches the kid boards a plane and GTFO out of the USA to their home Muslim country where its next to impossible for the mother to be treated fairly and have the custody order enforced because women are second class citizens.. This shit happens multiple times each year and unless its somebody with some major political clout or pull the Govt rarely does anything worthy.. If was a Khloe Kardashian type whos baby daddy ran the kid off to the Middle East they'd probably put major pressure threaten to cut off foreign aid and then send in the SEALS to rescue the kid (ok maybe not that far but you get the point)..

theres been a glimmer of hope, only because the judge in this case is a woman, and she is currently there building a repoire with her, but yeah, this is pretty much 100% true

in fact her brother in law had to go with her initially, as most people wont even acknowledge/address her since shes female. his whole defense is she cant be trusted to raise the child because she cheated on him, which in pakistan is actually a legit argument. But even there, its a pretty flimsy one.

I can confirm 100% that this guy, and child, were in the US fall 2017. He also is not on any DHS list. That's about all I can say or info I can provide without getting myself fired.

Traveling with the child after December 2016 could be considered removal of a habitual resident and fall 2017 would be less than a year ago. So it might place the case back under Hague Abduction Convention even if it didn't apply to original retention.

Ok, I found some public info. His Facebook profile is a picture of him and the kid in Shelton Connecticut on 8/19/2017. He was likely in town visiting Niloufer Siddiqui and/or Christopher Clary.
