I don't consider myself a prude at all. I am all for attractive adult females showing as much T & A as they want to in pretty much any circumstance. That being said, I don't think it is unreasonable for a high school to have a dress code that prohibits girls wearing T shirts without bras so their nipples poke through and their breasts are jiggling around when they walk.
I don't even see how asking the girl to put band aids over her nipples is even a big deal, although might have been better just to give her a sweater to wear over her t shirt.
If a high school dude wore biker shorts and walked around with a prominent boner I think it would be fair to ask him to put on another pear of shorts too.
