No humidity with 115 degree heat still kicks the shit out of 100 degree heat with 90% RH, and it's not even close. I lived on the east coast most of my life, it honestly is no comparison. We also have more things to do here than in FL. One cool thing about living in the north east is that you have a lot of great getaways very close for all seasons. FL does not have that at all, Vegas does though. As far as the trash and scum that live here, well, there's really no getting around that in any large metropolitan area, but I still think Vegas beats FL in that respect as well. Haitians is all I have to say, and I'll leave it at that.
