Regardless of the exact arrangement the main thing is the clock is ticking. It seems like this was a half year deal from March 1 until the end of August regardless of the exact details. In the Vegas area they are not thrilled to get pre-payment from someone without steady income because they know people lose everything so often out there. Druff, as for your theory that he may of said some truth about how this was rented, in my experience these deals are overwhelmingly handled through brokers. All communication goes through the broker in most cases. There are certainly exceptions to the rule and there can be times where one can build a relationship with the owners. It’s not out of the question that he has attempted to do so. This typically occurs when discussing rent. You can send a text to the owner to make sure they received the check or if you are late the owners may communicate to you about the rent. The broker may take the money and run or be very hands on.
It will be interesting to see what happens either way.
In CM's video today (Day 13), he films his "Results" in the bathroom inside a stall. I highly suspect due to the calls they have received about him, they may have noted his player card. After he bought in, its likely they had a talk with him. Something to the sorts of, "You can play here, but NO MORE FILMING". I really cant see another reason for him filming in the restroom.
Also, no doubt his bankroll is at a minimum. He hasn't showed any money of substance in sometime. It will be interesting to see what he decides to "Count" in his next giveaway. I guess he will go back to the prop money.

So I have a few questions I'm pondering regarding the flat betting strategy...
First off, WHY did he admit to a $1370 loss on "Day 13"? CM never admits to losses unless there are witnesses he's afraid will report otherwise. The only two we've seen have been:
1) The $36k loss debacle in Biloxi, witnessed by multiple people
2) The loss at Sycuan (San Diego area) where CM discovered that Kevin had some guy secretly recording him
In both cases, CM knew he couldn't claim to have won, so those were his two "loss" videos. But now we have a third. I wonder what happened. Did he think he saw someone watching him or recording him?
I doubt he just threw the loss in there to look real, because his flat betting strategy is "new", and he's trying to establish that it wins. It wouldn't make sense to say it lost near the very beginning. (As someone noted, Day 13 is misleading, because it was actually like day 3 or 4 of the flat betting strategy.)
Also, the entire flat betting thing is bizarre because it ruins the entire premise of CM's scam. The Martingale thing "works" as a scam because most people walk away with a small-to-moderate win, while a lesser number of people get hit with devastating losses. Overall moneywise it's a disaster, but the number of net winners after one day probably outnumber the net losers.
This is great for both repeat business and honest testimonials, which is what CM wants.
Flat betting accomplishes neither. His clients will lose more than 50% of the time. The devastating losses won't be nearly as common, but the net wins will be much less common.
My theory? CM is near busto. He can't afford to Martingale anymore. That requires a bankroll. He doesn't have one. He doesn't want to bring clients out to do Martingale, only to suffer the embarrassment that a "millionaire" like him can't afford to Martingale along with them at the $100 base bet level.
So now he's moved to a flat betting strategy which he CAN afford to do (at least for the moment).
Here are the signs he's low on cash:
- Desperate attempts to raise cash quickly, such as the lol Skype coaching and prepaid sessions
- Showing increasingly less evidence of any kind of real money he's using to gamble
- The odd claim of "a $2,000 bankroll" for each session, where he even has been leaving a small excess (like $630) in the car in order to prevent himself from blowing it! What happened to betting big to win big?
- The aforementioned flat betting strategy and abandoning of Martingale
Druff, not to mention last Sunday’s contest in which he (for the first time ever?) “tries something different” and instead of having people guess how much cash is in a stack, he has people guess how much he won that day (without even attempting it to provide any proof). It’s so obvious he’s broke.
In addition to his bankroll dwindling, I believe the flat betting scheme was put into place in an attempt to sell more bullshit coaching's to his followers. There is not much that I believe that comes out of CM's mouth, however CM has said "People have been asking me for a flat betting strategy". I think there may be some truth to this, even if it was only a couple of people. By developing a flat betting strategy, he probably thought he could sucker in a few additional followers that were previously on the fence with his Martingale strategy.
Another unintentional benefit would be at the end of the coaching session his average session may have a net expected profit when considering the fee paid by client. Christopher, you can stop reading here since you don't believe in Math, and will not understand any of this, so go to the bottom of the next paragraph and I will sum it up for you :)
With his martingale systems lets call his average bet $300. By strictly betting banker he is at a Negative Expected Value loss of $3.18 per hand ($300 x 1.06%HE). With the $1,000 he is paid by his client, this gives him a break even point of 314 hands played($1,000/$3.18) or 5.23 shoes. Lets say he plays the same number of hands but now FLAT bets banker only at $100/hand. His expected loss is only $333 assuming the same number of hands, and after considering the $1k paid to him for coaching, his theoretical profit is $666. Since in nearly all his coaching videos he plays 5 shoes or more, his theoretical loss is at or exceeds the amount collected for the coaching sessions when he bets Martingale. So in theory flat betting can earn him a theoretical profit when taking into account his coaching fee. Fortunately he will understand absolutely none of this, and since he is a degenerate gambler he will ultimately play until the money is gone, giving the casino every dollar regardless of how he chooses to structure his bets.
So Christopher, you had a business model that fails (Expenses are greater than income). This combined with your gambling habit as a degenerate gambler is bringing you closer to broke.
Eventually he will be forced to do what Jason SCAMple does and plays the clients money for them. There is nothing worse than forcing a degenerate gambler to gamble
Here's a fun site to test Christopher's betting systems. It only has red-or-black roulette, but it's very similar to baccarat odds-wise (it's a game where you win a little less than 50% of the time), so you can test it and get a very similar result to baccarat.

The only difference is that this system will go back to the base bet and try to work back up if it can't make the next double Martingale bet.
