Rua hit a bullet down the third base line which would have scored at least two. Escobar made an amazing play to jump up and stab it. Next batter flied out, inning over. Texas then walks off with 3 consecutive hits in the 9th to win 3-2.
Second time in a row I've bet -1.5 and my team won by just 1 run.
Need to hope Houston's offense gets off the floor to earn me a split. They're down 2-1 in the 7th.

For the most part it is best to stay away from -1.5 on home teams, just for the simple fact that theres a good chance they will get less at-bats
also Texas has been the master of the one run victory this season, something like 35-12 in one run games
As I've said about 50 pages ago..... I know profitable prop players, I know some profitable totals people and I know a few rare people who make money on sides.
I've never met a person who is a profitable puck/run line player.

The home -1.5 is so brutal because you have almost zero chance of winning if they are up by less than 2 after 8 innings.
