I was thinking wed get gregor vs the hound at some point. Al Swearngin is supposed to be the elder brother and im pretty sure that means the hound resurfaces. I assumed this was the violence cersei was on about.

i think gregor is going end up the one to face his zombie brother in the justice octagon. i think when cersei asks for someone to meet the mountain in battle, the crowds going to part and its going to be him standing there. but id be perfectly content for him to be our 'Russian in the New Jersey woods' here, where its simply assumed that hes alive and out and about and all that.

My current guess: All the Starks except Bran die eventually. Jon (not technically a Stark) & Dany are together for the final fights/at the end, whether as lovers or bro & sis or....both. Bran helps sway the war in the side of the living by "cheating" history somehow, and then goes off to be the lonely 3ER. Tyrion has taken over as King at KL by this point as well, after being dropped off by Danysquad.
fairly interesting theory being bandied about that it was disguised jaqen who got stabbed, not arya; last nights arya appeared to be right handed, and incomprehensibly stupid. perhaps this is jaqen paying his debt to her, or simply demonstrating some neo-eastern nihilist streak.
