Somewhat interesting story. A co-worker of my wife, very liberal gay dude (no he's not single OSA), just told her that he voted for Trump and so did his boyfriend. LMFAO, WTF. This dude has been trashing Trump for the jump. Apparently all the chaos and rioting and how the democrats handled it really impacted him. He's terrified what will happen if his close friends find out he voted for Trump. Imagine being scared to death your friends will disown you if they find out who you voted for. Joe Biden spent months before being willing to call out rioters/looters as criminals. He was extremely careful with his words, basically asking people to stop doing it and saying he disagrees, but never calling them criminals or advocating their arrest and prosecution. Only after repeatedly being shamed for it by the right did he make such a statement (much later), and it was still weak.
The media also has not taken a tone shaming this. In fact, they avoid covering it as much as they can.
Do I need to link again to that 1992 NBC News report about the LA Riots, where they went around to the black community and showed various residents there calling the rioters hoodlums and crimianls? And where the entire tone of the piece was calling out the rioters for being terrible?
Feel free to show me a left-leaning network doing that today.
Your party also pushes the "93% peaceful" narrative, to mislead everyone into believing that rioting/looting hasn't been a huge problem in 2020.
What's shameful is how much denial you are still in regarding this. How were you ever a Republican? Did you hit your head one day and lose all of your previous beliefs?
