All politics aside, the one takeaway from all this is if you aren’t committing high level white collar crime, you’re playing bad. Like if you want to become a lawyer and you do 10 years of 120 hour workweeks hoping to eventually make junior partner instead of studying Swahili or Chinese and looking to become a mouth piece for warlords or laundering money for foreigners, you’ve made a tactical error.
