Sounds like we know his door was busted down for a fact, but no one really knows by what agency or for what exactly. It seems way more plausible to me that once Micon's computers were seized - former owners saw writing on the wall and got the fuck out ASAP. That would support that SwC wasn't really a big money maker since the owners were willing to cut bait so quickly.

Also doesn't make sense Nevada Gaming would go it alone just because Micon lived in NV. He was presumably taking bets across all 50 states and beyond. While I'm not an expert on police protocol, once you involve cross-border shit, that makes this a federal issue - and certainly the FBI, DOJ ... ect would be involved.
