Not to keep harping on this Bart guy, but man this is sad. Lost money to the point where he's living in a trailer, because he hoped to retire by making a living playing baccarat. Thinks he lost thousands because he "wasn't disciplined", gee I wonder who told him that. Now he's doing Christopher Mitchell's millionaire blueprint instead. The video is him walking around for 10 minutes, theorizing about the deep strategic importance of determining when to bet on player & when to bet on banker.

It seems to be the scams are evolving based on the availability and predilections of the suckers he targets. I noticed the mentally ill YT posters like Sebastian Doat and Ashley Malik are the ones who asked about roulette strategies for months now. He never replied, but they continued to follow his channel and post their “sessions” where they mostly lost. Now he has to acknowledge them for they are the only victims left.





He reeled out all the big money fish and now has to pick the low hanging fruit. Blackjack was his first attempt, but there is too much opposition with better production value that makes him look pathetic (a pile of cards on a picnic table...lol)

Even with no table max, the Martingale is going to screw you, because you have a finite bankroll.

The only way you could successfully use Martingale is by having a bankroll so huge compared to your starting bet (and no table max) to where it would be virtually impossible to go on a streak badly enough to bust you in your lifetime.

But there's still a problem. Then you'd only be winning tiny money compared to your overall net worth, thus wouldn't be worth your time anyway!


There's really only one example I can think of where the Martingale is smart to do. It's if you need a small amount of additional money badly, and are willing to risk the small chance that you'll lose a larger amount of money to get it. For example, let's say I show up to Caesars to see a show, and bring $260 for tickets for me and my girlfriend.

Then I get the bad news -- the cost of two tickets is actually $262, so we can't see the show due to being $2 short!

At this point, the Martingale would be smart, because I could do a $2 base bet, and would have to lose 7 times in a row to bust the money I brought with me. If I win once, I can quit and see the show, because I'll have my $2 profit. I'm over 99% to win at least once out of 7 hands in a 50/50 type game, so it would be worth it to do this, rather than going home and missing the show. Even if I do get really unlucky and lose the 7 hands in a row, it's not a devastating hit to my roll (only $254 lost) -- only an annoyance.

Other than something like that, the Martingale will always burn you soon enough.

I feel stupid for watching this video. He plays a bunch of online roulette to "prove" how well his system works. So here's his million dollar system:

-Only bet on red or black.
-Martingale after each loss.
-Bet on the winner of the last spin (e.g., if it just landed on red, bet on red for the next spin; if it lands on a green spot bet on the most recent red/black result).

I mean, you can't lose right? He starts with a base bet of $1 and plays about a dozen hands, winning about $5.

A few brilliant nuggets:
-People are saying CM is a scam artist so that they can make money off of his ideas. Wat? He claims someone posed as CM and got someone in his inner circle jerk to give away their credit card number.
-Says he just started playing roulette last week and, naturally, he is now an expert.
-Says he is depositing $1000 at the beginning of each week, accumulating profit throughout the week using his foolproof system, withdrawing, and then starting over at $1000 each week. Says he withdrew $10,000 last week. Lulz.
-During the session, it lands on red 3 times in a row, he bets on red again and it hits, thus "proving" his system works.
-"When a new dealer comes in, it usually changes things because every dealer spins the ball at a different speed - that's going to affect the results."
-He shows the results of about 25 roulette spins on his high-tech white board and because he didn't have to martingale more than 3X his original bet, it "proves" you will not go broke using this strategy. A cherry-picked sample of 25 spins. Case closed.

Clearly most of his strategies are based on the incorrect assumption that previous outcomes in games like baccarat and roulette are related to future outcomes. It's all about pattern recognition and coming up with rules about how you should bet after observing a random result. It's pure gambler's fallacy. Honestly, I don't know whether CM believes this shit or he knows it's nonsense but it's a great way to scam these imbeciles who follow him because it's easy to understand and some people will get lucky using this strategy and thus believe it works. Maybe it's both.

What would it take to convince these people that the results of these games are independent? How can you actually demonstrate to someone that 10 reds in a row is just as likely as 5 reds and 5 blacks alternating? How do you actually help these people? Any ideas?

Just FYI for those that have been asking and/or wondering...he definitely is still in the Condo. You can clearly see that both when he turns the camera around during the online demo and also by looking closely at the reflection in the sunglasses (i.e. you can clearly see the long kitchen island in the reflection). Does this mean he will still be there next month? No. But for now he is still there.

As to why the “circle light” is now an issue I’m not sure. This has to be the most laughable strategy of all of them (the third one where he picks the 20 numbers(. You even saw him go to a 5th martingale just in that short gambling session. But don’t worry...he’s got the “secret numbers” that he uses, which he is happy to tell you about if you pay him $1000. What else could you ask for?

Yes...very simple math...On a single 0 wheel you have a 20/37 chance of hitting one of the numbers you’ve picked...But you also have a 17/37 chance that you won’t hit it. Absolute recipe for disaster. And remind me...since I don’t actually play the horrible game that is Roulette....if you play at an actual casino and the minimum bet is $15...does that mean every bet you make has to be $15 or does the sum total of all your bets on the table have to equal $15 or more?
