In regards to Lee and his situation with imbecilic Christopher Mitchell, I feel that Bob Helsey should be accountable for his actions in all of this.
I don’t know whether or not any legal things could take place but if Bob didn’t flap is cocksucking mouth to Christopher Mitchell, none of this would have occurred.

Also, YouTube is massive. Scamming, especially in 3rd world countries is a huge issue. Not so much scammers like Chrissy but scammers stealing copywrited material and creating accounts to get ad revenue. It's a non stop cat and mouse game. YouTube could block IP addresses from terminated accounts but this would create another set of issues.
It wouldnt surprise me if Chrissy's "New" account created in 2019 is in the Skanks name.
There are 2.1 BILLION YouTube accounts. In the United States alone there are just over 300 Million people, just for comparison. It wouldnt surprise me if there were over a million YouTube accounts being created daily with a large percentage with fraud/scam intentions. To keep up on it is nearly impossible. As Rivers brought up, I think they nail scammers when they apply for monitization since this is ultimately what most fraudsters/scammers are after.
A huge benefit he had was YouTube's algorithm would promote his videos. I don't believe he will get back to that stage even if they leave his new account up. I believe this cock suckers time is over.
I love the fact that Patreon shows the actual number of Patrons as well as total dollar amount. If he does happen to grow the number of Patrons up significantly, I think there will be a point where people stop giving. To many folks 5k per month may seem like a lot, but compared to what Chrissy was making at his peak, it will be a fraction of the amount. I have other ideas, that I think would work much better than Patreon for him. But no way am I giving that scumbag any ideas!
And let us be reminded again…never doubt what Chrissy says because…everyone walks around with 10K on them at all times even if they only intend to bring half of it inside the casino.

Just because someone is smart in school and generally smart elsewhere doesn’t mean they can’t be scammed. My eye doctor from when I was growing up wound up being one of the many victims of Bernie Madoff. Granted, Bernie Madoff and Chrissy are on a slightly different level but it still shows that what you do for a living is no indication of how you handle money or how you can be “sold” on something.

Just a quick reminder of cliffs notes of the KD/Lee situation, ahead of the idiotic video:
- Lee tried to warn old man Bob Hesley that Chrissy was a scammer, via Facebook. Lee thought he was helping a naive old man avoid getting scammed.
- Bob turned out to be a piece of shit MLM friend of Chrissy's, who ran and snitched about the whole thing.
- Chrissy the Clown, being the low-IQ drooler he is, concluded that Lee had to be KD. After all, how could more than one person in the world possibly have any issue with his scammy coaching?
- Chrissy hired a PI to look up tons of personal info on Lee, then posted a doxxing video of him, thinking he finally got KD.
- KD, who monitors Chrissy's channel 24/7 like an obsessed freak, was the first to see the doxxing, and called Lee to tell him about it. The two had never spoken before.
- Lee was grateful and thanked him. KD came on PFA radio for a second time and appeared together with Lee, to prove that Chrissy was once again full of shit. For the moment, everything was ok.
- KD got increasingly demanding of Lee, despite the two of them being strangers. For example, after Lee was told by local law enforcement that there wasn't anything they could do about the doxxing (especially since the video was down at that point), KD kept pressing Lee to run to a ton of different departments and keep reporting it. Lee said he was done with that, and KD wasn't accepting it, demanding Lee do it his way.
- The final straw occurred when KD demanded the restraining order papers, and Lee wouldn't send them. Remember, these papers hadn't been made public, and Lee was going to court to prove he wasn't KD. He didn't want to send the papers to KD and make it look like they really were the same person (because the judge would wonder why KD would have the papers, if Lee really wasn't him). Lee just wanted to do his own thing in court, and not create the slightest bit of doubt. KD and Lee had angry words back and forth about this.
- KD threatened Lee that he would frame him and send info to the court that Lee had sent him a video of Chrissy's condo. Lee never did such a thing, and in fact Lee had never been to Chrissy's condo. Kevin got the video from someone else, but was actually threatening to lie to the court that he got it from Lee, in order to help Chrissy win his case.
- On the day of the trial, KD couldn't help but force his own involvement in the matter, even though Lee didn't want it. KD made a video on YouTube while court was in session, stating that he coudln't be Lee because he was making this video live and Lee was presently in court.
- Chrissy the Clown was getting slaughtered by Lee in court, even though Lee had no attorney. The judge was getting pissed at Chrissy and was a hair away from holding him in contempt. It looked like a slam dunk win for Lee was coming.
- Some clerk at the court found the KD video (not sure how -- maybe KD called and told them?), but got confused and thought it was a live recording of the courtroom. The clerk told the judge, who thought Lee was making a big spectable of his courtroom on YouTube. To punish Lee, he granted the restraining order!
- Lee had to pay $1500 for an attorney (and make multiple court appearances) in order to get this idiotic thing reversed. He was eventually successful. Had KD not done that stupid video, none of this would have been necessary. Of course, the bigger fault was with the judge here, but KD couldn't help force himself into a situation where he wasn't wanted. And of course, he had previously threatened Lee that he'd lie to the court and ruin Lee's defense.
Ever since then, KD has hated Lee. This was also the start of KD hating me, which was compounded by my banning of him from this forum for threatening members.
