Yeah deribit, they say you can't open an account if you are in the USA but I just put the UK. Fastest withdrawal system I have ever seen. 1080's will be the first to drop, followed by the Vega 64, and the 1070's will be the last as it's clearly the most efficient mining GPU. Of course some folks are getting super cheap electricity, but if they're paying normal prices the tipping point is very close.
With this said, local prices for a new 1070 are still at record prices, went up from $749AUD to $789AUD last week at the cheapest local retailer. Which doesn't quite make sense to me with these downward prices, perhaps stock is getting real low.
