Incompetence is clear, but i don't know if this is intentionally biased. It's so fucked you can't really tell which side it's aiming for. Confusion could be intentional to mask bias, but it could be just incompetence.
As is, it favors wall being a good idea, but the author could have intended to make it biased towards it being a bad idea. Center point just weights a lot. The bad idea answer pools all the negative answers under one answer. The clean good idea answer to the wall doesn't really exist, but closest thing is diluted between 2 answers. The answer, that wall is a good idea that can be completed and should be tried even if it can't be finished, could also be in two different places.

I don't get why Dems think opposing Trump's border wall is a winning idea. The optics of it are terrible. It makes them look like soft idiots in fly over country.
And it accomplishes nothing other than playing right into Trump's feeble little hands. If they'd just let Trump have his dumb wall then he wouldn't have anything to bitch about and his lack of a meaningful agenda would be exposed (he literally has no ideas beyond his couple few basic campaign talking points).
The stupid thing isn't even going to work. The coyotes have already figured out ways to easily climb over the prototypes.
So if anything the Dems would be better served by giving him the 25 billion and then pointing out what a ridiculous obvious waste of money it was after it's built.
