I believe that Putin probably gave the ok for Russian hackers to use social media to influence Americans to support Trump during the primary election, mainly just to screw with our democratic process. And I believe Trump probably has shady business ties with Russia independent of his presidency.

But what policies of his presidency to date are actually pro Russia?

It seems his policies are designed to upset Russia as much as everyone else. I can't imagine any scenario where Putin approves of Trump firing missiles at Syria, embargoing Iran, or stirring up the Israel-Palestinian conflict. Or the mutual ambassador recalls.

(1) Despite sanctions against Russia being overwhelming passed in Congress last year, Trump hasn’t actually enforced them. It’s as if they were never passed.

(2) Trump is alienating our traditional Western democatic allies and trading partners, something Russia is loving.

(3) Trump recently called for Russia to join the G-7, and for the current G-7 members to recognize Crimea as a lawful part of Russia.

Those are things that immediately come to mind.

The first few minutes what he said was fine... no doubt it was written for him.
