The "winning $15k" video Chrissy posted could be used as evidence in court to prove that he almost never wins big.
He had all the trappings of a gambler who almost never wins big, and he documented it all:
- The nervous sweating of all legs of a parlay paying $15k
- The extreme nervousness (and frustration) when the final game is close
- The shock of winning, which makes him temper excitement until the money is actually in his hands ("Let's see if I'm gonna get paid...")
- The feeling of validation with his spouse and her skeptical relatives, to the point of filming their reaction to him actually winning
If winning big was commonplace in the household of the "Mitchell's", this wouldn't be a monumental event evoking such reaction. He's so bad at hiding his true emotions that he ruins his own lies.

A LOT of suckers came out and congratulated him in the comments section -- and I believe most or all of those accounts are real.
This means that this idiot still has a lot of followers, and this win will probably encourage more of them to join his inner circle jerk. Amazing how they're all too stupid to see the obvious regarding this being a fluke event, just based upon his reaction alone.

I guess Chrissy has never heard of a half point parlay card. Had he bet his 5 leg parlay there he could have made 24:1, which is an extra $1K above what he actually won. The cards pay off statically and are regardless of the games…so sometimes it’s better to use them and sometimes it is not. All depends on the casino. The William Hill (now Caesar’s Sportsbook) cards tend to pay off more generously than betting right off the board. Still have to hit the same parlay however.
CM is literally HODL with his current bankroll. Unfortunately this square lucky parlay win will procrastinate his ultimate demise. This win will bring in more inner circle jerks like DD mentioned earlier & he will have more play money in 2022 to continue this charade. I do not do things half-assed. When I decide I'm going to handle a situation, I handle it.
There is about to be serious legal action against someone. And I'm not talking about Christopher Mitchell.
This "someone" seems to think he can make direct threats of violence to several people on YouTube -- including babies -- and not face any criminal consequences.
This "someone" seems to think he can post false allegations against people and state them as truth, and not face any lawsuits.
I have quietly behind the scenes been taking every video he's posted, saving them, and catalouging the various violations of state and federal law. I also have been in contact with "various" police departments regarding this individual, as there have been multiple complaints against him over the last few years.
On April 7, 2021, this individual was even low enough to have threatened a 1-year-old boy. That video is now deleted from YouTube, but it is already in the hands of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and many things are about to fall into place.
There is also a big civil lawsuit coming. In this lawsuit, not only will this guy be hauled into court, but so will any "family members" whom he has been using as props and phony justification for the terrorizing of people all over the country. They will be asked to testify under oath regarding the allegations that are being made by their relative regarding various people he's harassing, supposedly on their behalf. He cannot hide from this lawsuit by attempting to dodge service, because it will be "served by publication" if he avoids service. If he then fails to show up in court, we will win by default. We will also be aggressive regarding collection of any judgment, and there are many ways to do this.
He was already arrested in 2007 for stalking, and did a program in 2008 in order to have the charges reduced. However, he stated multiple times on YouTube that in this incident, he beat a guy to a pulp and caused "$30k worth of medical bils" and "only caught a trespassing charge". Thus, despite having done a program to have his criminal charges downfiled, instead he is using the record of the stalking incident to intimidate new victims, as recently as 2021. This is going to be key in both the upcoming criminal and civil cases, among many other things. Imagine the reaction of the juries in these cases when some of these clips are played.
There are also records of this individual purporting to be a leader of organized crime, threatening people that he would send his "boys" to commit acts of violence against others, and repeatedly referred to having "people doing my small work". This will not be a sympathetic character in the courtroom.

Now KD can understand how I caught that "bjbjbjbjbj" fake e-mail he sent to himself in November 2020 -- something everyone else missed. Ever since his theats began, I've been going through every video extremely carefully, and now have a huge list of violations of law, both civil and criminal.
We are now in the next phase, and are looking to collect victim reports/statements for the upcoming civil and criminal actions.
Thank you for your time, and sorry to disrupt this thread with all the KD stuff. I really wish all of this wasn't happening and we could just focus on CM, but unfortunately this disturbed individual pops out of the woodwork and threatens anyone else who exposes CM.
I'll also state why I feel these actions are important, in general.
Notice that in this very long thread exposing CM (almost 300 pages), everyone has been cooperative and gotten along.
Notice that the other YouTube channels exposing CM also get along. Everyone is of a singular mind and goal -- to spread the word about CM's scam, and to have a bit of fun laughing at him in the process.
Only one person has been hostile to this effort -- KD -- who ironically claims that his goal is also to stop CM. But it's not true. If KD really wanted CM stopped, he would welcome additional efforts to expose him.
The truth is that KD only cares about himself. He doesn't care about what CM is doing -- only the attention "exposing" him brings. That's why he gets so angry when others get in on the same thing. He wants the monopoly on exposing CM -- and he especially doesn't want anyone questioning a lot of his incorrect guesses & lies, much of which he says simply to get clicks and repeat views.
All of this serves three purposes:
1) Adulation. This is a guy with nothing going on in real life at age 51. He wants praise, and he enjoys when people compliment his videos. He feels threatened when others might be drawing even more praise for doing the same thing.
2) Money. He's hoping to grow his channel, then refer people over to his "forum" to sell sports picks. This is why, interspersed with all of his CM videos, he drops frequent "sports picks" and "best online casinos" videos, which otherwise wouldn't seem to belong on the channel. He's looking to make money from all of this, and sees all other CM-exposing efforts (including this forum) as a threat to his potential profits.
3) Power. By posturing as a scary, violent guy with henchmen working under him, he enjoys striking fear into the hearts of anyone who questions him. This also allows him to achieve goals #1 and #2 more easily.
Despite all of the above, I have tried many times to reach out and explain that we are all attempting to achieve the same goal, and we should at the very least come to a truce. He wasn't intersted, and continued his campaign of threats, libel, and slander -- not just to me, but to several others at the same time.
I will be posting the information regarding the legal case throughout 2022, and everyone can follow along, and I encourage those in the area to attend the court dates, as well. I will also let you guys know regarding the criminal investigation, though that is obviously out of my hands.

A: That picture was either very old or fake. In the pictures I have of him, some of which date back over 10 years, he just looks like a regular guy who wears glasses. As court hearings are public, anyone who wishes to see this for themselves can show up at the date and time of the hearings.
Q: "What about those videos back in February which claimed to be exposing him? Were they accurate?"
A: Somewhat. While some details were incorrect, they were on the right track with a lot of things.
Q: "Did you have anything to do with those videos in February?"
A: Not at all. In fact, I had no idea at the time who made them. However, in my research since then, I believe I deduced who was behind it, though nobody has ever admitted it to me. No, I'm not going to expose that person.
Imagine KD in prison… how many days would it take him to make every single person in the prison (guards included) his enemy?

No CM video today. Guessing those basketball bets didn't go so well. I enjoyed the part of the last video where he can't sleep. Of course not, he is on a gambler's high. Which all gamblers who aren't professionals get when they hit that big win. I am sure he was just itching so bad to get those basketball bets in.
I just watched KD's latest video where he finally decided to get more detailed regarding his supposed issues with me. I guess the reality of the upcoming legal action sped things up. Up until now, it's all been threats, slander, and libel, with no details as to why he was so butthurt.
The video was almost an hourlong, and was the same old tired rehash of Morgenstern clips from 2017. Yawn. Not sure what that has to do with me or anything in December 2021, but KD never was good at critical thinking.
In any case, I have some questions for you, KD:
1) Your claim seems to be that I reached out to Morgenstern a year ago and gave him your family's info, so he could threaten them again. One little problem with that claim: You have repeatedly stated that Morgenstern tracked down your family info and threatened them in 2017. I did not know either of you in 2017. Even your own allegations are that I first talked to Morgenstern a year ago. So what are you going to claim? That I borrowed Doc Brown's DeLorean and went back in time to 2017, and gave Morgenstern your family info? You can't have it both ways, stupid. If Morgenstern had your family's info in 2017, and I didn't know him then, it's impossible for me to be the one who gave him your family info. Have fun explaining that space-time contradiction in court, genius.
2) Your brother seems like a normal, well-adjusted guy from your description of him. Is he aware that you're featuring him as the centerpiece in your videos (with a picture of his daughter, no less), while using him as justification to spend almost an hour taunting Morgenstern? Is he aware that you've featured him in other videos, again with pictures of him and his daughter? If not, you should make him aware, because my attorney is going to make contact with him soon to subpoena him to testify regarding these claims of yours. My attorney is going to include clips of your videos featuring him, so he understands why he is being subpoenaed, so please get your brother up to speed and let him know. It looks like the only person victimizing your brother is you, as it seems you want to enrage Morgenstern into threatening him again. As far as I can see, Morgenstern hasn't mentioned your brother in 4 years. In any case, I can't imagine your brother knows that you're doing this, and I have a feeling he'll be quite pissed when he finds out. It seems you're trying to get Morgenstern to threaten him again so you can continue playing victim.
3) You claim Morgenstern is threatening your family again. I haven't seen any evidence of this. You haven't shown any evidence of this. All we see are tired old videos from 2017 (again, LONG before I knew either of you), and one quick clip from January 2021 where he says that he's "not done", but doesn't even threaten you (or anyone) directly. Again, how is any of this my fault?
4) You went through a long, convoluted segment about EXO and Ryemo, as if anyone cares. Then, in your message to me, you claim to have been the victim of Ryemo and the others on the BJ forums, not the aggressor (again blaming Morgenstern). I think an entire forum full of people will dispute that, but let's put that aside for now. What about Brian Dempsey? Was he in cahoots with Morgenstern? What about DoubleJackpot? Was he in cahoots with Morgenstern? What about Christopher Mitchell's 1-year-old son? Was he in cahoots with Morgenstern? What about BedWetterBettor? Was he in cahoots with Morgenstern? What about Card Shark? Was he in cahoots with Morgenstern? You have threatened all of these people within the past 18 months, and plenty more I'm not even listing. How do you think this will look to the jury, especially when my attorney plays these exact threats in court, in your own voice?
5) Your buddy Chucky played you. He was a regular poster here, and big fan of my radio show. All his comments about me were positive for the first 10 months he was here, though he fought with other members, and at one point threatened to come visit two of them. In response, they googled him and found that he was a scammer (look up "cash gifting" on Google). He then demanded I take down the evidence of his past scamming, which I refused, and he followed up by threatening me. Then I banned him. The next day, all of a sudden I went from one of his favorite guys to evil incarnate, and he started a hate campaign against me. This was also 9 years ago. Everyone here knows he's a crackpot and a scammer. If that's your star witness, good luck to you.
6) You made a fake profile of me on a social media site. My attorney is subpoenaeing the IP address records from them, and they tend to cooperate in matters like these (since they aren't violating anyone's privacy, since the account was in my name). You will be asked in court, under oath, if you made this profile, and why you did it. If you lie, you will be hit with a perjury charge. This sort of thing is in the very definition of cyberstalking. Between the fake profile and all the threats, it's going to be very hard to cast yourself as the victim here.
7) You have a history of making fake profiles of other people you don't like, and I can prove it. You know what I'm talking about.
8) Morgenstern is not my "new buddy". He registered and account here and can post on the forum, as long as he follows the system rules, like eveyrone else. That same policy exists on 2+2, by the way. As you have seen, some users here are critical of him, and all of those posts stand. That's how this place works. He also never paid me a penny, nor have I ever paid him a penny.
9) I don't think you understand how court works. Google the definition of "hearsay", and get back to me. Allegations by scammers I banned in the distant past are considered hearsay, and won't be admissible. Courts function on evidence. I have tons of it against you, much of it in your own voice. Perhaps you forget the stuff you do because you smoke so much pot? Well, you're going to get a reminder when you're sitting in the defendant's chair, and perhaps when you're sitting in a prison cell.
Okay, we've had enough fun and games here.
I'm insulted that you had phone calls with Morgenstern in 2017, even as he was threatening you, but for some reason you're scared to get on the phone with me and talk man-to-man about all of this shit. I'm sure we can clear a lot of this up, but you've always turned this down because you need time to craft lies and false justification for the shit you do. (Fortunately, you won't have that time when questioned under oath in court!)
We can have this phone call either publicly (we can do it on my radio show, or any other public medium) or privately (where we will both agree not to record it and broadcast it anywhere). Your choice.
This is my absolute final attempt to come to a resolution. I will even eat the attorneys fees I've spent up to this point, if we come to an agreement. If you refuse and think you need to go on this silly crusade, be aware that I have a mountain of evidence and people willing to testify to the circumstances of that evidence. Be aware that recordings of you threatening a 1-year-old in April 2021 will be played in court, among a giant montage of other threats (in your voice), against a large number of unrelated people. Then there's all the threats against me, which will be the centerpiece of my action against you, as well as the libel, slander, and cyberstalking (including that fake profile you made). The Morgenstern bullshit from 2017 will be thrown out as irrelevant, as we didn't know each other in 2017.
If you think you can beat that in court against a highly experienced attorney, plus fade all the criminal implications that spring from it, good luck. I'll take my chances that you'll bring in Scammer Chuck to testify about what a bad guy I am.
In any case, I won't hold my breath waiting for that call, but if you'd like to have a real, fact-based, man-to-man discussion, this is your last chance.

I don't want this thread to become a cespool of Morgenstern-related fighting. Obviously Morgenstern did some fucked up stuff in the past, and there's no denying that. It's understandable why some users here don't trust him, and are critical. However, I don't want all of that dominating the thread, as we are here to discuss CM, and by extension, KD at the moment because he is hindering the anti-CM effort by threatening/harassing others exposing CM.

In his last video he flashed 20k cash, ran it through his toy counter to verify and said he was off to the deposit it in various different bank accounts.
Today he is flashing $40k cash, claiming thats what he has won from gambling:
This leads to 2 possibilities:
1) He idiotically keeps atleast $40k cash with him at all times
2) He didnt bank the $20k, and he he has lied about other elements of this month.
Of course, the 3rd option "its fake money" makes the most sense.
Brags about being mr consistency, despite drinking something that is not a fruit cleanse, and only doing 3 exercise videos as part of his 30 day exercise video .
CM tells a weird story about "Bruce" who set a reaosnable goal of $10k, and then shits all over Bruce's goal because when people did that to CM it was bad, but when CM does it to someone else, its the wisdom of Solomon.
But good news, CM is _promising_ Bruce will be making $10k a month, every month next year.
CM then brings up his dead sainted mother, and his evil father because why not.

I apologize for all of the distractions lately. I realize that this thead has gotten off track.
While it was important to post what I did, I'm going to take a bit of a break from it, as I was a big part of the distraction.
I'll make sure the thread stays on topic going forward, and I'll remove posts which don't. I will drop the occasional KD update as necessary, but for now I'll step back and return to the background on that matter.
