MMATORCH is reporting 2 fighters are lobbying to fight Cormier Saturday night. One is already on the card the other fought within the last few weeks.. First the fighter already on the card is Mousasi who was the last Strikeforce LHW Champion. He would likely be giving up some weight to Cormier but could be intriguing.. The other one is the current MW champion Bisping who is lobbying simply because then he can claim he did what McGregor couldn't do, which is holding 2 belts at the same time. Seeing how Dana White now has a 3 round Main Event (not that it matters as I think most think it wont even go 3 anyway) he's gotta be pondering his options and quick...

3 round main event makes no real differences when ere are still a few 5 rd fights on the card anyway.

Stacking 5 round fights one after another can tiurn out reeeaaaallll bad if the fights aren't great or a bunch of undercard fights go the distance.

Looking likely Mousasi is gonna get the nod against Cormier.. The Swedish Chef is considered an outside shot as he offered to fly in however Cormier already beat him once and Mousasi is already in Vegas..

Damn shame, but this isn't that uncommon. Not a lot of people have the makeup to get to the top, or stay there if they do.

The odds on him getting arrested or God only knows what else happening in the next 2-4 years is literally 100% with this fucking idiot. It is over.

That press conference was horrible from the first words out of Jones mouth he has no clue wtf to say then his manager is trying to jump in to speak for him. Jones claims he is innocent so lets test the b sample? OK BRUH nobody innocent is going to have this type of meltdown in front of a bunch of cameras. Chael knows what is up with that testing all too well and it would have been funny to see his face while Jones was speaking.

I have Makdessi -145...he's a solid Tri-star guy with excellent striking. He's lost his last two (to Medeiros and Cerrone, certainly not slouches) so he's real desperate for a win.

I like the Fight goes distance pk (-140) for Lopes vs Birchak - I mean, a decision is due. Great card so far, all submissions.

I love how every fighter 150 or less is the "best pound for pound" fighter in the world as though Mark Hunt wouldn't knock out any two of these assholes in round 1.
