All of Chrissy's videos are for "enterttainment purposes only" and by far this was the most entertaining in awhile.
"Hey kids, believe me when I claim I earn on average $2500 a day, every day, every month.
Believe me when I claim to be a multi-millionaire
Now watch me cry like a bitch and blame the coach and make excuses [which only losers do] for risking and losing 4 days of income"
Best part of the tantrum is he's going to burn his shirt because the team won the game.
If we didnt know better, this sounds like he lost his rent money (again).
Minor edit: He may have also lost his rentboy money again.
This just goes to show you just how much of a noob Chris is when it comes to sports betting. In his mind, Ohio State is laying 25 pts, therefore, and I’ll use a word Mr. Bitch Boy likes, they should be “guaranteed” to not only win, but cover the 25 pts. His reasoning is hilarious and is absolute evidence he doesn’t know what the fuck he’s talking about. Much like Rivers said, it’s comical that he complains how bad Ryan Day is, when all the guy has done is win since taking over, because he didn’t cover the spread for the degenerate followers. He won the game. But he’s a piece of shit for not covering.
Chris, once again you prove to our little family here, just how unbelievably stupid you are. Thank you for bringing laughter into our lives here at PFA. The whole world is laughing at you.
FOLKS
I just realized something.
A certain toxic YouTube channel owner is ALSO an affiliate. Scheduled for Friday is a video which will be promoting "legal" online casinos and sportsbooks. The only legal ones in the US are the books which are licensed and regulated by a US state.
These books are all associated with large US companies, and these companies have a reputation to uphold. Unlike Betonline, they have very stringent rules regarding the behavior of their affiliates.
Over my 20 years in the poker/gambling industry, I have gotten to know many people, including many now working in the legalized US sportsbetting industry. I have a shitload of contacts there. I can guarantee you that none of these sites would want an "affiliate" with very toxic, angry, hateful material on their channel.
So, again, if this particular channel is going to be used to spread blatant lies about me, then I am going to speak with my contacts at these sites, direct them to some "choice" videos on that channel, and I'm sure the affiliate deals will be terminated at that point.
Keep in mind that the 2020s are the age of cancellation for even the slightest thing. No way these large companies are going to have some tiny affiliate associated with them which is extremely toxic and hateful. They will drop that affiliate like a hot potato, especially since I have an "in" to a lot of these people at these legalized sites, and can easily bring their attention to it.
As I said before, I really don't want to do any of this. I want to forget this person exists, but they have this idea that harassing me and slandering/libeling me is the way they will "get back" at me for being banned from this site. That's not going to happen, unless they want everything about their own life highly scrutinized everywhere. Plus they'll have to answer for everything they say in court, which is a public venue where everyone can attend and see them.
I noticed that he posts these premiers to youtube and often cancels them. I don't think he makes the video until after he puts up the scheduled premiere. His latest premier was supposed to happen today. He will probably cancel it because he is scared of what you will expose about him. Surely he will be back though.
Look, it's very simple.
As the owner and sole moderator of a mostly-free-speech type forum, occasionally I have to ban people. It doesn't happen often, but once in awhile it's necessary.
Unfortunately, some banned users can't just go away quietly. They develop vendettas, as if I've done something terrible to them. This is stupid, as obviously I have the right to ban who I want here, and I tend to give people several chances before finally removing them. In general, I like allowing everyone the ability to speak on this site.
In this particular case, I have received harassment, threats, and now what appears to be an upcoming campaign of libel/slander, falsely portraying me as an ally of Michael Morgenstern, of all people.
And you know, if you're going to attempt to do such a thing, just know that I'm a VERY resourceful guy, and have decades of experience dealing with weirdos on the internet. So if you think you're going to run some sort of harassment-and-slander campaign because I committed the horrible offense of banning you from PFA, you need to also realize that I'm going to get all of the goods on you, and any skeletons/lies/bad behavior on your part will be exposed. And if there's a civil or criminal case to be had against you, I'm going to pursue that, as well. Let's just say there's a LOT to work with here, and I've already compiled a long list of past victims, most of whom had no prior association with me.
I don't let bitter people hide behind the screen and terrorize me, believing they have the veil of anonymity or mystery. I rip that veil off so everyone can see the truth about everything, and I make sure everyone around them knows exactly what they're dealing with.
I have offered this person a truce many, many times. I really don't want to waste my time with any of this. He still has the opportunity to stop, leave things alone, and go along his merry way with his usual videos, and leave me out of them. In turn, I'll agree never to talk about him either. Hopefully he makes the correct decision.
I cannot stress enough how much I have researched in the past 7 months, most of which I haven't revealed to anyone. And I found it out through 100% legal methods. As I said, if I'm pushed into having to deal with this, there will be zero anonymity, and this individual's full history (and present circumstances) will be known to everyone -- and I mean EVERYONE.
Also, as I said several times, court dates are open to the public. These dates will be published, and I guarantee there will be people outside the courtroom, cameras in hand, to take pictures and video of the parties arriving and leaving. Again, all 100% legal.
Obviously that YTSE guy is an idiot and undid all the good he had done by having actual victims contact the affiliate until he had to be the center of attention and continue to contact them himself; however, it was kinda hilarious to have that affiliate company bash their own guy about being a terrible gambler.
On one side you have this guy promoting himself as the best gambler ever and his own team is like "yeah obviously he not good at gambling." I am sure that affiliate team is well aware of his true win/loss statement from BOL. So a very small silver lining. Made me laugh.
Edit: The shitty part still is---that u have this gambler charging u 1k to be part of his circle. He tells u; u are going to win. He then sends u a link so he can collect ur losses. How know one in that circle has questioned him on this is dumbfounding. Someone has to have noticed the hypocrisy and brought it to everyone's attention.
Youtube is now removing the dislike count from videos. How long before Christopher notices & enables likes again?
Yeah, it’s amazing how ignorant these people in the inner jerk circle actually must be. In general, even people that are involved in gambling are unaware that these affiliates get a percentage of losses. Most believe they get a few bucks for signing someone up. Also, I believe that anyone that pays Chrissy for the jerk circle, is also to naive to realize that they are clicking an affiliate link. I believe they think Chrissy is being generous and sharing them the “www. BOL .com” link. They don’t realize that the random numbers at the end of the link is unique to Chrissy’s affiliate account. Most of the people in his group are unaware of this forum as well as the anti Chrissy Youtube channels. The few that may be aware believe we are just “haters”. The kick back of percent of losses is not something that is commonly known even amongst seasoned gamblers.
Good Morning PFA family, Donkey here from Change Your Diaper Chrissy and Not Really Keeping Up With The Turd, Skank, and Mums,
HavenÂ’t watched this turdÂ’s video in a minute and I am sure itÂ’s been covered but want to be kind to turd to keep his videos going so whole world can laugh at him;
https://www.privacypolicies.com/blog...te-disclosure/
Cheers Folks!
Another basic video today:
no disclaimer
No hollar at ya boy
No use of the word guarentee.
About the only interesting things were his statement that "its ok to have a losing day in a 30 dya challenge, as long as you end with more money than you started".
I assume he's thinking his marks will keep playing the whole 30 days hoping to catch some lucky breaks at the end, or just give up before 30 days so he can say they didnt stick with it.
At roughly 19m mark, he holds up his phone [it seems to say market down 4%] and claims he's "heavily invested in crypto currencies".
He also states he wouldnt be tipping.
Otherwise a rather bland performance.
Safe to say a good number know of the “haters” and the videos on YT which would ultimately lead some here. Tommy Nguyen is friends with Rick Lee and I’m sure Rick has told him to no avail. William Rivera was called out by Chrissy for watching KD’s videos and we all the know the sad story of Bob Hesley. Throw in turncoats like Bart, Glynn Allen, Pauly Scarcelli, and others and there is certainly word of mouth getting around to those FB members.
The problem is, they are mostly lonely, pathetic, desperate people looking for friendship and a place to belong. Chrissy preys on that and says things like “See I always give you positive feedback while everyone else is negative!” Or “ See what those haters say about you is all true, I never say anything bad and I always give you advice!”
And in some cases , the advice has led to some making a small amount of money, regardless of how terrible the advice truly is. Because it worked that one time, it registers in their minds as validation that Chrissy is right. So they will excuse things like him making money off their losses because he will constantly bring up the time(s) they won as justification.
KD's video tonight did not mention me. Good.
However, there's still a "premiere" scheduled for tomorrow, which supposedly will.
I am not going to repeat everything I already said. However, I will clearly state this: I absolutely, positively, did NOT give ANY information about KD's family to Morgenstern, or to any of his other enemies. Additionally, I have NOT ever made any kind of contact with any of his family members at any time. That is a clear 100% fact.
Therefore, I should have no place in this "4-year tell all" about Morgenstern, Sample, Chrissy, etc, as the only thing I ever did to KD was ban him from PFA.
I'm pretty sure KD knows this, too. I hope he will continue to make the right decision regarding this matter.
Looks like Chrissy found a spot in a Vegas casino that he can hang out in…the top of the parking garage at the Rio.
Thought 💭 the best view was the fully comped luxury table next to fountains ⛲️ at Bellagio 🤔 but my memory is a little hazy as I get older
That's KD's copy and pasted description from his part 3 video scheduled for Sunday.Quote:
However, Morgenstern isnt alone doing this. Its a much bigger story involving much bigger people well known for cyber stalking, cyber harassing, cyber threatening people through HIGHLY ILLEGAL means. Love me or Hate Me, you don't fuck with my family and get away with it. Stay tuned
Same description was for part 2, which didn't mention me or PFA at all (which is good), but he's leaving that part in there just to fuck with me in the meantime.
If lying about me is planned for the grand finale, then I might as well get started with my own little "tell all", so people can learn about the REAL you, rather than rehashed Morgenstern stories from 2017. That's what the people really want, as you're quite the mysterious guy!
I'm tired of being fucked with here. I'm not going to sit and wait through this boring multi-part rehash with a threat to tell lies about me in every video's description.
I know you read this place KD, so either remove this shit from the preview descriptions, or I'm just going to start everything up in response. I'm tired of playing games here. You 100% know I have the goods on you, and you 100% know I haven't partnered with Morgenstern on anything. Quit it now.
I've probably lasted longer than most giving KD kudos when appropriate; the man has done some good work in the past. However, KD, you cannot be a respected "reporter" and a troll at the same time...the two are mutually exclusive.
If I may, I'd like to say on behalf of the Female Vaginas of The United States: Settle down, get back into your real (good) role, and if we feel like tickling each others balls with green rep on this site, we'll goddamned do it if and when we please. Cut the psycho shit, it'll be better for your reputation. You frankly look petty to be fucking with Todd here, and let's be totally clear, that's exactly what you're doing. That makes you more or less a troll by definition.
Thank you.
Chrissy,
I looked for you here last night night in Santa Monica knowing for sure a multimillionaire like you would have been also invited to Paris Hilton and Carter Reum’s little get together on the pier. Guess you were instead loitering in a parking garage.
Maybe another day.
-d
I seem to recall awhile ago chrissy claimed he had more than one BOL account:
Is it possible he could have 1 playmoney/fakemoney/affliate money account and one real money account?
If so, would the playmoney account reload the same day he gets his affliate payouts?
I'm guessing its possible since 2 days without a video, and his most recent efforts have been low effort, when he can really go to donktown after the 15th...
What's up PFA Family?
Dan Druff here, from Ruin Your Life Vlog.
Folks, there has been some throwing around of the term "cyber stalker" lately, so let's delve into the definition of what that really is.
From Wikipedia:
Quote:
Cyberstalking is the use of the internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, group, or organization. It may include false accusations, defamation, slander and libel. It may also include monitoring, identity theft, threats, vandalism, solicitation for sex, doxing, or blackmail.
Folks, that's a pretty broad definition, so we need to look at this a bit more closely.
Cyberstalking is NOT the act of simply researching someone's personal information and history. If that were true, every private detective would be guilty of cyberstalking several times a day. Cyberstalking involves using the internet to harass, torture, and intimidate someone, often using flimsy justification for why it's reasonable to be doing so. Sound like anyone we know?
In this case, we have an individual who engages in cyberstalking whenever he is banned from a forum, criticized, or even when competing videos to his go up on YouTube.
For example, our own BedWetterBettor, who has never met nor contacted this individual, was threatened of consequences for simply posting criticism on this forum, and was told, "You better not ever let me find out who you are, BedWetterBettor".
However, that vague threat is nothing compared to some very direct threats I have documented and saved against myself and others, which actually become criminal.
Furthermore, once you are threatened, you have every right to fully research the person threatening you, especially if they are an anonymous individual online claiming to have several violent men working for them. If, upon finding out the truth about this individual, it differs greatly from what was being presented during the threats, then you further have a right to expose everything about this person, for the benefit of past, present, and future victims of his threats.
In court, I can show the following:
- Direct criminal threats made against me in this individual's own voice
- Direct criminal threats made against others in this individual's own voice
- Direct criminal threats in forum postings over the past 4 years
- Repeated threats directed at assumed competitors with similar YouTube channels. These people will be asked to testify, if necessary, and I'm sure they'll be happy to do so.
- A semi-recent (late 2010s) pattern of threats over the internet directed at past critics, such as on blackjack and advantage player forums. Again, victims of these threats will also be asked to testify if necessary.
In short, it would be a slam dunk to prove in court that this invidiual has engaged in a pattern of aggressive, intimidating, and criminally threatening behavior towards any critics and competitors on the internet for at least the past 4 years.
The fact that he has a YouTube channel makes it even easier, as his angry-sounding voice would really make an impact on any jury.
For the past seven months, I have been compiling all of this info: Lists of his victims (some I had to work to identify, but I found them alll), evidence of his crimes, his history dating back almost 20 years, his current and semi-recent life situation, his relationships with online gambling sites, his criminal history, his civil court history, and much much more. I have also contacted various attorneys in three states (my own state and two others) regarding both beginning a civil suit ANNNNNND using their contacts at law enforcement to get a criminal investigation going.
While doing this research, I did not contact anyone in his family. However, since this fool is using "family threats" to justify his current campaign of terror, these family members will unfortumately have to be dragged into court to testify what "harassment" they have actually received in the past 18 months (the time since I came to know this individual), and if there was any, what evidence they have that it has anything to do with me.
I'm just letting this moron know that "OMG MY FAMILY MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME" means nothing as a defense when you've been attempting to terrorize and libel/slander someone who has never done anything to them, and never even made contact with them at any point.
Once again, court is an open and public venue. Anyone can show up to watch the proceedings, and anyone is welcome outside to take pictures or videos of all parties arriving and leaving. That is also important to know, especially for certain cyberstalkers who love to hide behind a black screen on their videos.
To be clear, the victims I mention are NOT scammers like CM. I'm talking about innocent people who have done nothing wrong, except for criticizing this guy on a forum, or committing the horrible offense of starting a YouTube channel with a similar theme.
I am dead serious about this. You have no idea how much time I've put into all of this research over the past 7 months. I've tried for almost a year to mostly ignore this guy and hope he just goes away. Instead, he seems to be mistaking my silence for weakness or fear, and is chugging full speed ahead to start a libel/slander/defamantion campaign, riding along with both direct and indirect criminal threats.
At the same time, this is a huge pain in my ass. I feel like a fucking fool for having to waste my time dealing with people like this. As a younger man, I would have gone full throttle a long time ago and met this head on. Today, being around 50 years old and more outside responsibilities, I'm willing to walk away and drop this whole thing, if he knocks it off and leaves me and this forum alone..
Interestingly, there is a criminal element to this situation which the perpetrator may not even realize makes the situation more serious.
Cyberstalking/threats for personal reasons can be difficult to prosecute for various reasons:
1) There's two sides to every story. The pereptrator can claim he was a victim himself, and was simply fighting back. (We're seeing some of that bullshit here, with this "I always protect family" nonsense.)
2) It needs to be shown that there was a criminal motive, not just in-the-moment anger.
3) In general, personal disputes tend to escalate on both sides, and people say things they don't mean.
Therefore, in order to prosecute someone criminally for cyberstalking and criminal threats, you need to show:
1) A pattern of this behavior, ideally with multiple unrelated victims
2) A clear criminal motive
3) Proof that all or most of the escalation was on the end of the perpetrator
But guess what we have here?
A financial motive.
Yes, notice that this individual runs a channel where is consistently attempting to build traffic, and then posts affiliate links to gambling sites which make him money. (Oddly he criticizes CM for doing the same thing!)
In fact, just recently he was promoting an upcoming video advertising legal sportsbooks. But since that video never came to exist, don't worry. I have copies of videos where affiliate links were already posted in the past.
This individual's attacks against innocent people have almost all come against those with competing channels or forums!
It is clear that he is trying to inditimidate and terrorize all competing channels into taking their content down, so his can have the monopoly on CM-related content. It is further clear that he is trying to intimidate and terrorize me into taking this forum or thread down, as it is also competing with his channel, and in fact some users will point out holes in the "information" he posts about CM, which harms his channel's credibility.
This is a very clear pattern. He is running a channel supposedly to "expose scammers", yet in reality is attempting to build traffic to post affiliate links, and is using intimidation and threats to get the perceived competition to go away.
This is very different than normal cyberstalking or internet threats. Here he is engaging in threats/cyberstalking to serve a commercial interest, which is a more serious charge, and is much more likely to get the attention of both law enforcement and prosecutors.
Furthremore, it will be much easier to prove in civil court that the harassment campaign against me was part of a larger pattern of harassing perceived competitors, and not simply because he (erroneously) believed I was working with Morgenstern.
I can't take full credit for this one. One of the attorneys I spoke to brought this point up, when he asked, "Why is this guy doing this to you?", and I explained that I'm one of several he threatens and harasses. After hearing more about it, the attorney explained to me that this is a clear case of threats to commercial competitors, which is a huge no-no and gets people actually put in prison. He said that given the large number of people threatened, and given that almost all of them either competed with his channel or questioned information presented on his channel, this would be an easy one to prove.
Imagine how it will sound to the jury when a montage of threats are played and read to the court, and all of them happen to be either competitors or critics of your channel. Oh, and all the anti-gay slurs will go over great as well. I'm sure they'll have tons of sympathy, especially given your previous conviction.
Here are some questions one might ask this individual in court:
Have you ever signed up for any online casino or sportsbook affiliate accounts, where you either make money for each signup or make a percentage of the profit gained from the person signing up?
Have you ever promoted these affiliate links on your channel, or stated the intention to promote them?
What is your current financial situation?
Would the potential thousands of dollars per month via these affiliate links make a significant difference in your financial situation?
Did you ever make videos about another person with similar affiliate links, and how you believe this individual is supporting himself via these affiliate programs?
Have you ever insulted those running competing channels?
Have you ever threatened those running competing channels?
Of those people you insulted and threatened, did they insult or threaten you first? If so, can you tell us which videos where this happened?
How many times did you attack the PFA forum for having a thread where Christopher Mitchell was being discussed? If your goal was to bring awareness to Mitchell and his alleged scams, why were you attacking a forum with the same goal?
Do you feel your channel would have more views if similar channels about CM went down?
Do you feel your channel would have more views if the PFA forum discussing CM went down?
Would more traffic on your channel lead to more potential affiliate profits?
How can you explain why such a high percentage of your attacks, threats, and insults seem to come to those also presenting content about CM, even to those who never previously discussed you?
Can you explain why so many unrelated people whom you've never met are here today to testify that you physically threatened them over the past 4 years?
Have you attempted to portray that you have violent men working for you, who are willing to beat or kidnap your perceived enemies upon your command? Why did you claim such things, if the goal wasn't intimidation and elimination of perceived competition and criticism?
Of all the people here to testify about your threats, can you show evidence of even one of them threatening you first?
Imagine this and more playing out in an actual courtroom!
As I said, a slam dunk. Threatening and intimidating strangers with the goal of financial gain. But I'm sure that public defender you'll get will do a bang-up job of explaining why so many unrelated people were threatened over the past 4 years.
Here's an example of harassment to service a commercial purpose: https://www.justice.gov/usao-ma/pr/s...rgeting-natick
A couple from Massachusetts had a website about eBay, and frequently criticized eBay's decisions.
eBay executives instructed their security team to put an end to it, and members of eBay security then began a bizarre campaign to cyberstalk, threaten, and harass them.
Even though the couple never suffered any physical harm, six people were charged by the DOJ for this scheme, and a few have already been sentenced to years in federal prison.
The perpetrators were committing cyberstalking/threats/harassment to serve a commercial goal (in this case, stop them from criticizing eBay). See link above for details. Keep in mind that this only occurred over a period of weeks, yet six people are going to prison for years!
In the case here, we have an individual who feels he has the monopoly on exposing an increasingly high profile YouTube scammer. Any others who attempt to do the same thing are harassed, threatened, and intimidated. People are led to believe that this individual has violent men working for him, who will commit kidnapping, assault, and other acts of violence, simply on his command. Over a 4-year period, and especially over the past 2 years when he's had his YouTube channel, this individual has engaged in such intimidation tactics against competitors or those who criticize his channel's content. This individual has signed up for online casino affiliate programs which he promotes via his channel, where he makes money by signups, and thus benefits financially from increased traffic to his channel. Such traffic would greatly change this individual's financial situation, thus providing the motivation to threaten and intimidate these perceived competitors and critics.
Imagine the number of witnesses that can be brought to all basically report the same thing.
If people got years in federal prison for WEEKS of cyberstalking/threats for a commercial gain, imagine what would happen to this guy, who has done it for 4 years? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
I just hope he understands the can of worms he's opening here.
Ohio State wins another one today and is now 9-1 after already coming into the day as the number 4 ranked team in the country. Such an embarrassment to the city of Columbus and the state of Ohio they are.
And oh yes…they did cover the 19 point spread over Purdue today.
Okay, I probably shouldn't reveal this, but...
On April 7, 2021, a video was posted threatening violence against CM's very own "Champers", a 1-year-old child.
That video is no longer on YouTube, but YouTube has it saved, as they do for all removed videos.
At the time, a report to law enforcement was made regarding the video, and a criminal investigation was opened.
I will not say anything further, but this individual can check his records from April 7, 2021, and he'll see that I'm right, and he'll need to ask himself how I know about this.
This threat occurred about 3 weeks after a threat made to me. In my investigation of that threat against me, I uncovered the report about the 4/7/21 incident, and was led to certain law enforcement bodies investigating it. I also uncovered that certain casinos made complaints about "harassing" phone calls from this same indivudual.
I have held this back for a long time, and I didn't ever plan to post this here. However, I really want this guy to realize how close he is to seeing the inside of a prison cell, and that I've compiled a very thick file of his transgressions, ready to present it to the proper parties.
The video would be played in court (both criminal and civil) to establish this individual's pattern of behavior. Imagine how it would look to a jury, regardless of how people might feel about CM and his scams. Threatening a 1-year-old. Think about what kind of vile person does that.
Seriously, last chance to cut out the bullshit for good.
Wow…
All the cockroaches are coming out of the woodworks again…well, this is how the Inner Circle Jerks will end up if they keep up following their fake Messiah aka Christopher Mitchell. Let this be a stern warning to you.
Delusional…looks like someone needs a mental health evaluation.
He drives a taxi, wife left him, and looks like he’s filming vlogs outside a homeless shelter. Sounds like a millionaire lifestyle to me.
What’s going on? What’s going on?
Time for a Saturday night Marvin Gayle…

Just watched the latest KD video where he addressed me, and (surpirsingly) outed his own Betonline situation. So let's delve into some things here.
First off, good work tricking Yvonne into admitting that Betonline gives fake affiliate money (upon request) to streamers. Notice that I never doubted that they did -- I only doubted that Chrissy is solely playing with such money. However, you'll see in my post about Chrissy and BOL that I thought he was using a combination of real money and fake affiliate money. I still think that. Why? Because Chrissy is a degenerate -EV gambler who can't help himself. Regardless, your video was the first one I've seen with actual proof that BOL does this, so good job there. If you did more of that, and less terrorizing of the perceived "competition", you would have a good channel, and nobody besides the scammers would dislike you.
Next, let's discuss the allegation that you're a Bovada affiliate. You seem to think that you owned everyone by "proving" that you're not a member of their affiliate program. Instead, you showed an e-mail exchange where they say you aren't an affiliate, and never have been.
Now, you blocked out the e-mail address you used, so this easily could have been sent from an e-mail associated with a second account of yours. But let's give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you're not an affiliate.
You know what that makes you?
STUPID
If you're going to promote a link to Bovada, the least you can do is make maximum money for doing so. If you're simply using their lol "$50 refer a friend" code, that's hilarious. That code is meant for people who have a few buddies they want to bring over to Bovada, but aren't actively advertising the site anywhere. All you're doing is leaving money in Bovada's pocket by referring that way, rather than becoming an actual affiliate.
Hell, even Chrissy was smart enough to become a BOL affiliate, rather than just taking the pittance they give for referring friends.
I don't know why you're bragging about this. However, you still admitted that you've provided the link on your channel to make $50 per signup (which would result in $2000 if just 40 people signed up), plus you admitted that you were referring to your $15 sports pick page. While this isn't big money, simply 40 people signing up from that link AND buying access to your sports picks would result in a $2600 profit.
This again brings me to my point that you would financially gain by forcing other CM-related channels and forums to shut down via intimidation and threats.
Now, $2600 isn't a lot of money to some people, but I think we both know that an extra $2600 per month would indeed make an impact on your life. So all of my points still stand. It is clear to me, and it would be clear in any courtroom, that you are threatening perceived competitors and critics for financial gain.
Now... I'll delve into the BOL stuff next, since you brought it up and even provided the link in your description (which I will now post here, after holding it back)...
See next post.
KD has talked about askgamblers.com recently. He has praised them as trustworthy. I was actually surprised to hear him say this, because he had a less-than-favorable experience with them.
Here's the link KD provided in today's video description: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-c...ontest-winners
It will take a bit of time to load, because askgamblers has a shitty server for whatever reason. Be patient and give it like 30-120 seconds without refreshing.
You'll see a thread that KD started regarding a 2019 BOL "referral contest", where they awarded a fixed number of prizes based upon who got the most referrals.
They paid $6000 for first, $4000 for second, $3000 for third, $1500 for fourth, and a bunch of smaller prizes beyond that.
KD made an effort to refer people, and finished third, earning him $3000. He initially started the complaint on askgamblers.com because they hadn't paid him by October 6th, 2019, as promised.
On October 9, they paid him $1500, instead of $3000. They also noted on askgamblers that they had paid him.
KD then complained that they stiffed him out of half the prize. They did not immediately respond in the askgamblers thread, but KD himself was going nuts, hammering them with customer service calls, some of which he recorded and posted on Vimeo (now deleted).
On October 11, they told him that 6 of his 16 referrals were disqualified, due to having signed up under his same IP address! Therefore, they dropped him to 4th place, only paying $1500 instead of $3000.
:lol
KD, of course, denied this. However, he couldn't explain why BOL would do this to him. They obviously didn't gain from doing such a thing, as the contest was going to pay out the $3000 to SOMEONE, so what would BOL care if it's KD or someone else? They're paying the same money either way.
KD then rambled for 3 more days on askgamblers.
Finally, on October 14th, BOL posted this response:
Quote:
Hello,
At BetOnline.ag, we pride ourselves on providing our players with a trusted and reliable online experience that delivers exceptional customer service. In return, we expect fair and ethical play from our players. We take the security and safety of our players seriously, and we will not stand for cheating or fraud of any kind on our network. With that being said, any player found doing anything that we believe compromises the fairness of play or terms and conditions will not be tolerated.
After a further investigation and numerous times to validate the referred players we deemed their accounts as invalid for the RAF leaderboard in accordance with our Terms and Conditions:
1. BetOnline.ag reserves the right to restrict eligibility for refer-a-friend bonuses if the referee or referred are considered bonus abusers, if we are unable to validate each players’ individuality or if the new accounts are not considered genuine (VPN’s)
2. Referrals with same street address or IP address do not qualify.
Based on these rules, the referred accounts were unable to pass our verification process as the information registered was considered invalid (I.e. Invalid numbers, Incomplete Addresses, Emails). In addition, the accounts in question had inconsistent logins, IP's based on different locations which may be VPN's and links to the Referral via other accounts with the same pattern. As a result, the accounts were not determined for the RAF leaderboard subsequently.
BOL then went the extra mile and showed this exact evidence to askgamblers.
askgamblers reviewed the evidence, and decided Kevin was full of shit. They ruled against him:

1) A huge operation like BOL decided out of nowhere to screw Kevin out of $1500 and give it to another contestant, for no apparent reason. Then, when called out, they falsified evidence to present to askgamblers --- all to save $1500 which was going to another player anyway.
-or-
2) Kevin, who was having well-documented financial struggles at the time, tried to cheat the contest, got caught, and couldn't accept the consequences.
I'll let the reader determine who was right and wrong here.
Now, time to respond to one more thing regarding BOL.
KD claimed in today's video that he has hated BOL for several years -- long before this contest -- because of their affiliation with Morgenstern in 2017.
He swore that this referral contest situation had absolutely nothing to do with his bitterness towards them.
Uh huh.
This is what Kevin wrote on October 10, 2019 -- two full years after his issues with Morgenstern there:
So despite supposedly hating them, he "refered alot of people" over the prior two years (not just for that contest), and put his "reputation on the line" that "Betonline is great, safe, reliable". He was also a "great, loyal customer for over 2 years", and even put his own time into alerting them to "fraudulent gamblers" on the site.Quote:

Clearly he was a huge BOL fan prior to this referral fiasco. Since that incident, he developed a vendetta which continues to this day.
Now you understand the vitriol against BOL.
Also, notice he didn't tell anyone this story until I threatened to make it public. He's talked about BOL for months now, but never mentioned this situaiton at all in the past. Wouldn't it be very useful for the viewer to know that BOL "cheated" him? Obviouslty he didn't want that out there, because the truth of the matter says otherwise, and it's all right there in that askgamblers thread.
Have I blown my entire load on this one?
Of course not. I have a lot more -- not about this referral contest (you pretty much know everything about that now), but about other matters related to KD's BOL account.
However, I am a man of my word, and will not post about that stuff for now. That will depend upon his own actions going forward.
I hope you enjoyed this trip back to 2019, a much simpler time when we didn't need vaccines or masks, and our only worry was getting caught cheating casino referral contests.
Finally, KD asked a fair question in today's video.
If I really have all these resources and contacts in the gambling world, why am I focusing so hard on him, rather than CM?
Well, I have a few answers to that:
1) You are directly attacking, harassing, and threatening me, as well as repeatedly attacking this forum and threatening my members. Therefore, you are a bigger concern to me personally at the moment than CM, who is just scamming random people who stumble upon his videos.
2) I never said I could get Chrissy's BOL affiliate account terminated. I can't. I don't have that kind of pull with them, and I've never claimed I did. However, if he ever does get any kind of affiliate account with a legalized casino, I can assure you that I'll get those deals terminated quickly. BOL does have very loose lips, though, especially when it comes to people they feel are putting out effort to harm their business. I'll give you that one.
3) Regarding William Hill, yes, I'll look into that one regarding your claim that Chrissy got banned. I will report back with my findings when I get the info. But why wait for me? Put the full details out there yourself.
But yeah, someone actively harassing, threatening, and slandering me is a much higher priority to deal with than some buffoonish scammer on YouTube. I'm sorry you are having a hard time understanding that.
Saw the KD video, I must say, impressive and proves 2 things.
1.M.M is not all there and has had a tuff childhood that did not correct..dangerous to himself and all near him...
2. Chrismitchell 100% might as well admit DEALER told him FU TIP me w/ affiliate $...hahaahhah.
funnier is CM thought HE WAS being a SPORT an was Hurt when he turnt volume up for the Narc. mandatory must hear a Ty reply, and got a FU...
This is a good video KD did.and I never heard a inflection that suggested you exist Tddd..TBH.and fair...peace..KD keep it up ,you really got something there. Peace.
something might be working. He is definitely not putting out videos at the same pace any longer.
And today's video is a semi-expected set of nonsense after his IG post the other day.
He got a free comp to the Rio so decided to go stay, and visit the steak house and the top floor/open air section.
He sets it up as "Here's where I first learnt to gamble [and lost my ass], so I decided to take the wife and the son to show them"
No gambling takes place.
He covertly films a couple on the zipline which is probabky legal but is definitely dubious.
He also uses this as an opportunty to mock one of his inner circle guys for not liking heights [which you recall Chrissy hated for decades]
He walks around the casino floor for a minute or so, highlights the craps table he first learnt to lose money on [again definitely dubious and I would have thought against casino rules as patrons appear unblurred in it].
He explains lovingly his critieria for places where his family stays "a big area for his son to run around".
As other s have pointed out, no sign of toys, ever.
20:30 mark he starts rambling about people with 9-5 jobs cannot possibly ever be happy but only those who have a calling, helping people in their lives.
Naturally I thought he meant the therapists who would be heklping bubs, but no, he meant himself.
Definitely nothing of note in this video, other than ignore all your friends and family, join Chrissy's colt cult today!11!!!11111!!1!!!!
In other words it might be time for a Good Samaritan to update the current owners of publicly traded Caesars on who they are comping rooms to.
And who is using their licensed casino to promote their YouTube channel with their comped rooms as a prop. And for anyone with status and comps to explain why it’s hard to patronize their casinos while they allow individuals like this to use their casinos as a prop for scams.
Caesars is a freaking mess (as I'm sure you well know), but I'll see who I can reach out to and get their attention focused upon this.
Funny enough, Chrissy just missed running into me, as I just left the Rio a few days ago. I was there for the World Series of Poker. Otherwise I wouldn't stay at that rundown dump.
Caesars may be unhappy about a few things:
1) Chrissy is using their casino to promote a scam
2) Chrissy is filming tables
3) Chrissy typically uses his channel to direct people to illegal online casinos, and away from brick-and-mortar places like their properties
5:17 mark he purposefully zooms in on the room number if that is of use to anyone:
39018
He comments he didnt kinow about the steak house, despite going to the Rio 3-4 years ago, and obv being a fine diner in Vegas.
