I'm sure he's hiding out but still planing his next scam so I hope Drexel and the rest involved can bring him down.

As much as you guys want instant justice, it doesn't happen that way. Also there are two issues here. 1. probation officers have a limited list that gives them the power to request a judge to incarcerate someone. This does not include suspicion of a crime. That falls within burden of proof. No matter how much a probation off. looks at all the info. of a crime it does not give him the authority to issue an arrest warrant. Again, burden of proof. In this instance a conviction of a crime must be obtained before the state/local can be addressed. 2. Juristiction of particular crimes. This one is a federal (internet/scam/fraud) which falls in the F.B.I. juristiction not state. ,,,,you guys hear/read the letters F.B.I and think international terrorism or poker million dollar ponzi scheme.....when the F.B.I. is run just like any other big business there are divisions and sub-divisions, not every agent gets all the big notable juicy cases. Much of it is the middle america brand of crimes. As stated above, the fact that Sep is already "found" located and I.D. ed....helps move things along. And still, it is a matter of patience to see this through to a conclusion. So , before you go posting opinions and yes I liked the movie too, go do a bit of research and reading. Many cases get left by the roadside because it is a burden...to walk it through to the end. So I wish Drex and the others, including the Charity Org. the best of luck and plenty of patience to see this thru. For those of you hoping that like the movie of the week...this issue will resolve itself before this thread becomes old and thin are in for a lot of disappointment. This is the judicial system we have folks. Not bad when compared to some other countrys , but it can still feel like a burden when the clock keeps ticking and your trying to live your life when dealing with all the hoops to jump through.
