Sicario
Meh, its ok. Version I saw didn't have any subtitles, so didn't understand what the Mexicans were talking about. 2 stars.
American Ultra.
Not sure why this movie was made. Decent idea. Recognizable cast, Connie Britton, Topher Grace, John Leguizamo, Bill Pullman. Movie just not entertaining. 1 star, and a real waste too.
topher grace is amazing
Never cared for him much. Only character I didn't like in that 70's show. Having him and Donna hooking up was silly. Didn't like him in Traffic. Don't care for him at all from what I've seen. He comes across like a wormy piece of shit.
Maybe I've missed something.
Really liked it, pretty interesting examination of human nature.
Also horribly grim and depressing. I'm now sad.
I was disappointed, tbh. Most of my scenes were cut. My only screen time ended up being in the fuzzy background during the pictured phone call.
Hoping for redemption when DVD extras are released. An epic bussing riot recreation was filmed at south Boston high school that will likely see the light of day. It's possible that I'm more prominent in that footage.
No joke "WILD TALES" is PULP FICTION on acid.
Produced by brothers Pedro and Agustin Almodovar (Argentinian)
the movie is six separate stories revolving around revenge and
"I'm mad as hell and not going to take it any more" plots.
It was so intense I almost wanted it to end and I don't think I'll
watch it again, but you gotta check it out.

I use jdownloader and get my links from warez-bb. Zero viruses or problems from that site in 3+ years of use.
I started using bitport.io for torrents after getting a warning letter from my ISP. Bitport downloads the torrent for you on their end (so its their IP on the tracker if anyone's watching), then provides a direct download link. Works great.
I forgot to mention Kodi, dunno if you missed this thread: http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/sho...highlight=kodi
Bone Tomahawk
Decent off beat western about Cowboys vs Caveman Indians. Got 7.2 on IMDB, sounds fair to me. Could be a bit depressing for some folks.
Experimenter
Odd movie about Stanley Milgram, who conducted psychological experiments in the 50's and 60's. This is the guy that came up with 6 degrees(actually 5.5) of separation idea. That everyone on the planet knows everyone else through less than 6 people. Interesting movie, well worth a watch. 6.7 on IMBD, maybe a little better. Got no idea why there was an elephant in the hallway. If anyone that's ever seen the movie understands why, I would appreciate their opinion.
Tyrant
TV series. Just finished the first season. Set in fictitious Middle Eastern country. Son of King arrives after 20 years in USA, things start happening, like an American, he starts sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Its OK but a little silly sometimes, gotten hooked, curios to see what is going to happen next. Really good twist at the end of the first season, at least I didn't see it coming.
Five minutes into "The Martian".
Intro-credits are not level on my screen, WTF??
Oh yeah, never mind.
Is that Markey Mark?
WTF???
Watched this old Clive Owen film tonight called Croupier:
It was much better than I was expecting; an intelligent, thought-provoking, realistic crime drama.
Cnn- the seventies 5 stars

I just watched Red Dawn on Netflix from the early 80s. I forgot Chuck Sheen was in it. Naturally it was long before his AIDS. Talk about a guy that really has not aged. He was like 19 at the time. I am sure the AIDS has pockled up his skin some, but he still looks the same.
Mr. Teasedale FTW.

Trainwreck. Very funny movie. Taken from the Bridesmaid mold.
I watched this new poker movie that just came out tonight. Their are worse poker/gambling films out there but that isn't saying much.

The kids and I have been working our way through the Star Wars series in prep for next week.
Just saw Blackfish.

And would enjoy seeing SeaWorld executives thrown into the water with the killer whales when they are on the hungry side.
The Revenant was excellent, worth a view in theaters.
saw 13 hours but i was pouring mini vodkas into my unsweetend iced tea and playing on the phone its dece but not amazing
The martian was real good..
I thought it would be just a remake of that solid B movie of the 80,s.. Robison carusso in mars but it was better..
Also saw antman finnaly.. I think it was underated. I like it better then the avengers.
I thought Bridge of Spies was not bad but extremely dull, would not recommend.
Straight Outta Compton
Rented last week. Was watchable but nothing great. Glad I didn't see it in the theater. And I almost did because a lot of people were saying how amazing this movie was.
Nightcrawler
Excellent movie. Jakes best performance I have seen.
Anyone have any Netflix suggestions?
How Beer Saved the World
Light hearted documentary about how human civilization is based on the manufacture of beer.
