With that said, this was the sorority's fault, and not that of Artemis. You can't just join a sorority like it's a school chess club. The sorority chapter decides who gets in and who doesn't. This has long been a source of controversy, as overweight or unattractive girls are usually shut out simply based upon how they look. Race has also been a factor in admissions to sororities, as most of them tend to overwhelmingly be comprised of girls of one race (usually white). Even "Revenge of the Nerds" lampooned this from the fraternity side of things, where the (mostly white) nerds got to start a black frat chapter due to failing to send a picture of themselves.
Some woke chicks in this sorority admitted this Artemis person in order to make a statement. Funny enough, if you look at that picture above, all of the girls are white, and only one appears to be overweight. So while they generally kept out the overweight chicks, the black chicks, and the ugly chicks, they did some performative wokeness and allowed a giant trans person into the house. Dumb.
Anyway, this lawsuit seems to have been about 6 of the girls who didn't want this giant ogre walking around the house with their dick hanging out, and I can't say I blame them. But their main issue should be with their own sorority for admitting this person, not the giant trans who applied.
The big problem here is that the left refuses to acknowledge that there's a difference between trans women and biological women, and also refuses to define what being a trans woman really is. According to most on the left, if you wake up today and declare yourself a woman, then you are one, which is complete nonsense. This also opens up the entire thing to abuse by men who simply wish to invade women's spaces.
I find it absurd that all of a sudden we are supposed to accept that women's spaces have no purpose, and that dudes should be welcome in women's bathrooms, sororities, prisons, clubs, and athletics. There really does need to be some sensitivity to women and the reason they had their own spaces in the first place. The entire thing is incredibly regressive, and honestly shocking from the same faction of people who pushed so hard in the past for women's rights.
