I'd say there is a solid chance that the bomber is on one or more of these pictures floating around the internet right now. So pretty standard that people gonna speculate on the pics.

Not sure what he meant by "people like that", but no, they don't send Navy Seals to do routine security work at large sporting events. I can only assume he meant people trained to a higher degree in this sort of thing than a regular officer. Even if they knew of a specific threat, it wouldn't have anything to do with Seals.
