the next 4 years, assuming hillary wins and it looks more or less lockish at this point, will be every single conservative/republican power org in the nation coming together to augment their obstructionism with a totally relentless scorched earth campaign to desperately try to get a toe in the door for 2020.

they simply have no choice, there is no other card for them to play but to quietly slip into the nearest political tarpit.

plus, attacking hillary's "shady" dealings gives them an opportunity to shift tone/narrative away from their religious conservatism, which will have to be a fundamental theme of their rebranding if they wish to reclaim the center of the political octagon.

that article is a bit misleading. It says that CNN, who hosted that GOP debate the article is talking about banned the cheering and the booing. But i'm sure it's gonna be the same across the board for any debate hosted by any network.
