If the person still doesn't quit, they will take real action.
In any case, I thought this matter was probably over, and we could all go back to the singular goal of killing CM's channel, but it looks like someone wants to go down a different road. So be it. Looks like I will be analyzing more poker tournament play very soon, unless things shape up.
Oh, and since online casinos are all the rage to discuss, I know an affiliate who promotes multiple sites, and is vey successful. This guy is one of the bigger affiliate operations, and has been around for a long time. I talked to him the other day and asked him to look into something for me.
One particular online casino has very loose lips when it comes to telling stories about customers they feel screwed them over (or attempted to do so). Finally, some possible good news. We all know CM uses services to inflate his views -- or at least it's highly likely, given the pattern of views we see.
I also know of "other" channels which do this.
That can also be used to get a channel taken down, though it needs to ride along with another valid complaint. Unless viewbotting is egregious (say, someone botting a million views on a channel which usually has 500 real ones), YouTube doesn't care a lot of about minor viewbotting, and they especially don't care about third party complaints about other channels doing minor viewbotting.
However, if the channel is already committing other actionable violations, viewbotting allegations (and supporting data) can be included in the complaint as well, and if YouTube finds it to be true, they are more likely to remove the channel, even without a third strike.
This includes viewbotting both past and present, so even if a viewbotter starts getting more careful and stops, his past actions can still bite him, even on videos he removes.

Chrissy is going to be a little tougher, given the reasons I stated in my long series of posts about the matter. This is because he's simply promoting a gambling coaching scam, and isn't harassing, bullying, or threatening anyone.
For YouTube to take action, they need to either be 100% convinced this is a scam (harder than you think), or he needs to be caught committing other clear violations (such as that BOL affiliate link thing, which he boneheadedly did at one point).
I am in the process of going through his videos to see what I can find.
At the moment, there is another channel which is gearing up to harass people who are making efforts to stop CM. That channel IS committing clear violations, and has been for a long time. That one is a lot easier to take action against, given it's done properly and through experts such as this attorney. I thought that matter was concluded and everyone was going to just focus on CM, but apparently not.
So no gambling video for today(yet). These late delays almost always means he lost. Now its a scramble to re-deposit and put out a "winning" video.
The work out videos stopped for the obvious reason; you lose money at gambling and you simply don't have the mental nor physical motivation to go work out.

So of course if you have 4 winning days in a row and then lose all those profits plus more on day 5, he and the people he scams will blame themselves for "no discipline" and still feel like they are close to perfection.
That's why his sports betting has such a short shelf life. He can't even maximize his own scam because of his belief that he is actually a winning gambler. The 30 day challenges are also in the same vein of being stupid. He should have stuck with, "I withdraw every day, week, ect so that is why i am always at $100(or whatever). Having to always be over the last day's threshold is costing him money.
It's just so ridiculous. Playing every day and after a year being up $10 playing only roulette would be beyond impressive. That one believes that they will not only surpass that but will actually make a living wage has to really live in a world of make believe.
