Bisping needs guys to make mistakes, IMO. GSP is not the guy to make em, also IMO.

What a fun fight card. I'd love to see TJ vs Garbrandt again. I also don't think GSP wants anything to do with Whittaker. Will be very interesting to see what GSP does next.

Do you think the UFC does the TJ vs DJ fight? If Cruz can get past Rivera they may do TJ vs Cruz 2. I also think the UFC has given Garbrandt a pretty good push, I think there's a chance they do that fight agains. No fucking clue what happens at 135lbs.
Rose looked incredibly good. Leading up to that crisp left hook her distancing was superb and she was in and out so slick with such great footwork, JJ was missing her shots badly. I thought this was an easy win for JJ but now I think if they do the fight again Rose wins.
Rockholdt must be on massive tilt. He may not get another crack at Bisping and he ridiculed GSP for coming up to 185 and felt he would embarass himself vs Bisping. GSP had some gas tank issues in round two but he seemed to get a nice second wind in round three. He worked hard on top throughout the round, once it was back to the feet he had some pop on his shots again. After a 4 year layout plus the weight gain perhaps adrenaline dump was a big issue. GSP admitted before the fight he was nervous as hell.

i think there is a big difference between tj giving up some of his purse for a massive edge and borg showing up in slobmode.
It was a title fight, if TJ missed weight it was no longer a title fight. TJ never misses weight and DJ used the excuse that he didn't want to prepare for a guy who may miss just to fight a guy who is one of the most unreliable fighters on the roster? Listen, I don't blame DJ for wanting the easy fight to break an all time record. It's huge for him. It just seemed super transparent what he was doing. I just don't understand your logic, why would TJ drop down to 125lbs to fight for a title only to purposely not make weight, lose 20% of his purse and lose the opportunity to become UFC champ? He's shown absolutely no history of missing weight and he's a small 135lb fighter. I think he believes he wins that fight and I agree with him. The UFC pays guys who sell ppv's. They give title shots to guys who haven't earned it. Make the company money and you get paid, regardless of wins and losses. It's exactly what DJ is complaining about. He isn't paid anywhere near what the top guys are paid and he's the most dominant champion in the UFC. Do you have any links to fighters complaining about a pay scale that rewards a padded record? I know DJ complains of the exact opposite.

cruz outvolumed tj into obscurity and his tempo is what, 1/3 of dj's.. so really i just dont think tj has a lot to bring to the equation.
i think id probably take dj here at up to -250'ish.
