Says Bryan was really upset he couldn't buy the name and made threats but my buddy at that point just figured screw it this is the price like it or lump it and even gave him legal advice lol Even came down off his price after just to be nice and get his BTC back or something.


He also told me he brought up god account concerns and asked to be made whole as well in exchange for the name and him walking away.

I will ask him for some tonight, on my way out soon.

My buddy just forwarded me this, one of the last emails sent to Bryan after becoming frustrated.... I will not post email addy's or names, just the content.

"Alright Bryan well more than 236 hrs now, 5-6 emails and no refund of my btc balance at swcpoker, you have decided to simply steal it, so be it.

All things considered what choice am I left with, you never came through with the affiliate promise, didn’t like the price to buy when you asked me, waited to see how it did on affiliate elsewhere then used that to threaten to take the name and potentially know about the fishiness of the higher limit heads up tables I complained about to you but swallowed hard on it and accepted the loss.

I simply am asking for a refund and the 4 BTC for the name now but if that is too much for you and you chose instead to literally steal, so be it. Not to mention smearing my name online calling me a squatter and extortionist when that isn’t true.

I will continue to use the name for affiliate stuff until I recoup the BTC I lost to theft by you and your site!

If you want try and dispute the name go ahead, I will gladly defend and bring all evidence to light, challenge any ruling I disagree with and take legal action.

yeah see, thats actually exactly what a squatter is; someone who snakes a domain with the intent of reselling it to the relevant parties, or profiting (financial or other) from the brand. and im not knocking the hustle btw, im just saying lets call this what it is.

also, given the general timbre of the exchanges ive seen, im guessing your friend was probably erring on the side of antagonism during his "negotiations", which you totally alluded to when you said he jacked up the price because he didnt like micon. in fact it sounds like threats of extortion were well within his range. sounds josh is a real pleasure to do business with.
