I dunno the last time you have been around a college campus, but antisemitism is very en vogue right now. Most college campuses have very aggressive Muslim advocacy clubs that are very aggressively anti-Semitic, and the campuses for the most part don't do anything about it. Basically on college campuses if you are part of a protected minority (e.g. Muslim, trans, black) you are allowed to be as racist and bigoted as you want, and the Muslims take full advantage of it with very aggressive open anti-semitism with very little repercussion.

As I said before, outside of the elite liberal Hollywood/DNC Jewish crowd, many Jews are finding themselves as targets of the radical left and are shifting more center and even right wing politically (e.g. voting for Trump).
