When he leans into the vehicle with his back to the cop and hands not both visible then I think it's time to shoot. Idk about 7 shots but i could see why the guy did shoot him 7 times.

If that were me i'd be shooting to kill in that situation. You have to realize that the cop almost certainly feared for his life

if they shot him while he was walking to the car well okay but that's not how it went down

I think a big problem is that black communities often have it ingrained in them that the police are not there to protect them and they shouldn't be trusted. It may seem irrational now, especially to white people, but it's rooted in truth over many generations.
