14 point game with 1:31 left, Lakers get the ball with 0.9 seconds on shot clock after lengthy review of out-of-bounds ball. Hibbert makes it somehow, and then for whatever reason, the Suns fouled intentionally, down 16 with 1:20 left! WTF?
