The left is stuck on the totally false narrative that white people are exterminating black people.
In reality, no race is being exterminated in the US, but if we're going to be honest, FAR more whites are murdered by blacks than the other way around. Like, it's not even close.
And of course, the most common perpetrators of violence against black people in the US are other black people.
While none of this excuses police brutality, the left simply doesn't want to acknowledge the reality of the situation, and instead falsely portrays America as a horrible, racist, dangerous place where black people are routinely being murdered by racist white people and racist cops.
In the meantime, the left offers no solution for the high crime in black neighborhoods, and instead oddly wants to decrease the police presence in those areas.
In general, the left is really really really bad at crime and punishment, because they operate from an identity politics perspective, and have a hard time punishing criminals if they hail from "victim" groups.
