I remember when tax cuts and tax policy were voted on my congressional representatives. I betray my age
I actually wish there were no tax cuts. I’m being sincere. My ancestors died in wars to defend the country. I can pay taxes in a sacrifice to help keep us from being a “broke dick country™”. It’s too late but ….

"In 1968 John B. Calhoun ran an experiment he called Universe 25 where he took a bunch of rats and gave them infinite resources and endless abundance but limited space.
The population grew exponentially until males began fighting, females abandoned their young, and the younger males withdrew completely from society and stopped engaging, socializing, and reproducing.
Then a new class of mice emerged called "The Beautiful Ones," who were physically perfect but never engaged in society or reproduced at all. All they were focused on was their appearance, grooming, eating, and sleeping.
The rats went totally extinct after this."
With the "looksmaxxing" crowd getting attention currently due to "Clavicular", this post is funny yet terrifying. I think most people have heard of Calhoun's rat experiments.
"The "Beautiful Ones" in John B. Calhoun's rat/mouse experiments refer to a group of rodents that withdrew from all social interaction in overcrowded, "utopian" environments, focusing solely on eating, sleeping, and grooming, leading to societal collapse, as they stopped reproducing and socializing, illustrating how extreme density destroys social structures and spirit, not just population.
This was a key outcome of Calhoun's famous "Universe 25" (mice) and earlier rat studies, where "beauty" meant narcissistic withdrawal, not attractiveness, leading to a "death of the spirit" before physical death, a concept he linked to human overpopulation fears.
The Experiment: Universe 25 (Mice)
The Setup: A perfect habitat with unlimited food, water, and space, but limited nesting areas, leading to overcrowding.
The "Beautiful Ones": A subset of males (and some females) who became passive, lost interest in mating and fighting, and only engaged in self-care (eating, grooming).
The Collapse: This withdrawal caused the colony to fail; young mice never learned social roles, infant mortality soared, and the population died out despite abundant resources.
Key Takeaways
Behavioral Sink: The term Calhoun coined for the breakdown of social behaviors (aggression, mating) in overcrowded conditions.
Spiritual Death: He described this as a "death of the spirit," where the capacity for complex social life vanished, a precursor to physical extinction.
Relevance: Calhoun's work suggested overpopulation could lead to societal decay, influencing ideas about human urban living, though he remained hopeful for human adaptation. "

Tate's right --

This is a cool angle but the ones who lost interest in the opposite sex and became interested in just self care were those born “beautiful.”
Because of social media or whatever that has inflated young girls opinions of themselves, there has been an epidemic of the rare guy having his choice of a hundred girls and the average guy having almost no choice and becoming this new angry incel crowd and the looksmaxxer kids.
But aren’t the looksmaxxers different than incels? I’m old so bear with me. They seem to want to be the guy with all the options and going to any length to improve their looks and become beautiful, as opposed to being born beautiful. They very badly want the attention of the opposite sex and to be some guy they weren’t born as.
So like it’s an interesting subject, and maybe I’m wrong and these kids aren’t interested in women, but they strike me as some weird mix of dysmorphia and insecurity with a little Andrew Tate mixed in.
I just mentioned him in my post and then noticed you had shared a tweet from him.
He’s right. He ignores the way most people will get rich though and it’s not him teaching you something new. It’s being in on the new fraud where you steal money.
I was watching this Minnesota thing over last week and there is a kid I know a little in the news around me. He opened up a drug and rehab and stole close to $50 million in like 2 years.

I mean I know that space he was operating in and anyone who understands the system knew this kid was stealing money hand over fist. He wasn’t even educated and from the background. He was spending money like a drunken sailor. Read the release. It’s amusing.
But like everything we do in this country that seems well-intentioned and like a good idea is just a ramp to the newest fraud.
He opened this place when every politician started running on ending the opiate epidemic. And like all things that have bipartisan support, they start throwing endless money at the problem and next thing I knew every guy who had no experience in mental health or addiction was opening clinics. I knew dudes who only ever owned strip bars sell their strip bars to buy a clinic.
We saw that on steroids with Covid and the PPA loans. Like the honeypot for fraud is a well meaning bipartisan issue that seems like a good idea. End opiate abuse. Save American jobs. Who is running against that?
So like if you want to get rich, just wait for the next thing that has broad bipartisan support and position yourself for the money cannon.
I have thought of this kid a lot this week because he of course got out after a few years and now has himself back in trouble.

First off that you steal 50 million and walk after a few years is just insane. Like if you stole a million a year and they caught you, it’s going to be the same sentence. So you might as well steal as much as possible.
All these pardons by Trump are so gross as it’s these fraud guys. At this point, if you’re some kid who isn’t a science award winner at Stanford, you should be planning a fraud and working out a little so you can survive your 2 years in med security. And when you are doing your two years you can plan your next fraud. Thats America now
which of course inevitably leads us to civil war, it's just a matter of when

you bring up many impt points. just riffing here. his sentence was a joke. if he did that down here he'd of gotten 15-20yrs. and somehow he didn't spend 85% of his time inside... probably had asthma. seems just.
the space he was in i am also somewhat familiar with, tho the grift is the grift. why didn't we do it? isn't this what mickey mouse mase did? or his grandparent? i digress. but then he's so incorrigible he repeats. some men, you just can't reach, so...
yeah trump's pardons are offensive. fuck him. they all do it. we have long since been bought and sold, but are only beginning to notice due to well, frankly, X. sorry tine.
the Rubicon is far in our rearview. there will be many, many more opportunities for graft. get in early folks or get left out.
imagine our founders reading this.
for me, i have my liberty and freedom and don't need the money enough to risk it.
it's time, says the jew; fucking perfect 2026
