It's incredibly racist to point out that every single place where Indians get into upper managerial positions end up being completely overran with more Indians, and then eventually becomes a total shell of what it once was. (And this is only seeing the short term results - decades of this would end with rivers of trash.)
Realize that this is happening not just in Amazon warehouses in Canada, but across all of academia and tech in the United States. And it's not because of fabled Indian intelligence or any ability to outcompete Americans, it's the end game of DEI failure and slave labor immigration policy with there being no way to course correct without drastic actions. American success was largely rooted on assimilation of various Western European ethnic groups and the culture of meritocracy built around it. People often compare Indian tribalism and nepotism with that of Jews, but it's not at all comparable. Imagine an Indian takeover of some major financial institution and what that will look like in just 10 years if it happens.
