It would be interesting to see what is going on in the backroom discussions amongst the Republican Party leaders.
Trump would probably be smart to start reaching out to Bernie supporters this evening. Tease the fact that you will be attacking Hillary soon. Get the conservative democrats on your side, as Bernie has momentum, while having no chance to win. Empathize with his supporters, acknowledging they are being cheated by a bad system. Point out something you will do if elected that they would appreciate and get behind.
Let Hillary spend more money and get bad press, as Bernie keeps beating her with more votes, but losing due to their screwy system.

Republicans are slowly conceding that destroying the party over this would be worthless because they're going to lose anyway, so they are just resigned to Trump taking it (even before today) and letting him lose.
